that was wonderful trip I like it

The space of the room was extremely small. It was not the same as the pictures. The cleanness of the room and the furniture was terrible. I didn’t like my stay at this hotel at all

All staff very friendly and helpful, always offering help. But the hotel do not allow you to bring foods from outside even only snack. About the cleanness, there’s some areas still missing to clean such as the mirror upside the bed.

Great hotel, had a loft room under the roof. The room is clean, there is a kettle, hair dryer, the water was updated every day. Wifi worked well. The hotel has a restaurant downstairs and underground parking.

The hotel staff are very good and friendly. They also got full marks in terms of cleanliness. You can go comfortably :)

The room was not clean and smelled very bad. The bathroom was very old and smelled the same. The towels we got were very old and smelled very disgusting. Luckily we were only there for 2 nights it was really a disaster! I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone either. I really regret booking this hotel once and never again!

A clean hotel facilities are limited, it is preferred if you do not have much expectations

It is highly recommended to stay in a loft room, the loft room can be in the sun during the shower, I like to take a shower in the sun, and the price is not expensive, I think it is good, the restaurant food is a bit expensive but it tastes good

When we entered the hotel there was only 1 person at reception. We checked in & once we saw the room we was shocked. It was dirty. There was dust on the floor, the beds we’re dirty even the reception person reacted ok to the situation. They changed the rooms but the 2nd room was even worse. Do not come here, service is terrible. They gave only 1 toilet paper and when we asked for more as we ran out he said that they don’t have any. Terrible experience will never come again & I recommend no one does unless you want to sleep with dust.

staff where helpful - area around the hotel seemed rough and tnot close to main good shops or tourist sites. For the price there are better hotels - we actually moved hotels because it was too depressing to stay in this one
