First Camp Nydala-Umeå

Had a 1 night stay in a motorhome. Quite a good camp with excellent childrens playground and bouncy ' castle'. However I had paid and booked for mini golf, but due to illness did not use.I was refused a refund. DON'T prebook the mini golf as you won't get your money back. Just book it when you want to play.

Showers dirty and smelled like sewer, water was cold and kitchen dirty. Writing this at 12:30 because someone is blasting music in or by the camp and I got a flight in the morning and am about to leave for a hotel or something better then this dump. One plus is the employees seem nice but needs to be better managed

Hello. We spent one night in Umeå. There was plenty of space at the campsite, probably due to the time of year. We did not see a single living staff member. Nevertheless, everything worked quite well. You could, however, pay a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the toilets and shower facilities.

Was there with a tent. The tent place is next to the street, so it is more noisy than it could be. The kitchen has a lot of stoves, but very little cutlery and no refrigerator. Self check-in works and toilets were clean.

We arrived at night after 3days of traveling and in the rain We couldn’t find kur cabin (photos on booking solid suggest completely different locations, there is no photo showing that there are cabins from the side with a view of the concrete car park !) the staff on the emergency phone no explaing to us where oś cabin or map , disconnected the connection and blocked our numer ! Later he do the same with our second Number and chat ! Totaly horror ! Such an unheplful and unfriendly place where we never met We planista stay 2nihgts and pay for 2nights but we stay only one because we had not diffrent option at night ! In the morning also aby staff And in the cabin there is no such basic thing as a kettle

we stayed in a tent for 1 night. we booked the place by email. check in was easy and fast. the area became quiet only after 11:30 p.m. otherwise I'm happy with everything. good maintenance building and sauna possibility.
