OK, Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung! Das „Residence Umag“ ist ein Nebengebäude des „Hotel Umag“ und Höhenluft zur Plava Laguna Gruppe. Wir kennen andere 4*-Hotels der Kette - da muss man eindeutig sagen, dass es im allgemeinen Vergleich schwächer ausfällt! Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Lage des Hotels Umag sowie die Speisemöglichkeit des Restaurants in unmittelbarer Meeresnähe! Die Zimmer in der Residence sind einigermaßen modern restauriert, eher klein und bescheiden, aber ausreichend für ein paar Tage! Das Badezimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig zu klein… Bett war sehr hart, zu hart für unsere Begriffe! Das Essen im Speisesaal des Hotel Umag war ganz gut! Leider waren die Speisen eher lauwarm-kalt und beim Nachfüllen der Speisen sowie der Getränkeautomaten ist man kaum nachgekommen… (Hotel schien voll ausgebucht zu sein!!!) . Der Speisesaal würde dringend einen Einrichtungsberater sowie Akkustiker benötigen, da es sehr sehr laut ist… die Speisemöglichkeit im Freien hingegen ist top! Fazit: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut! Es fehlt leider die „Liebe zum Detail“, es fühlt sich alles steril und fad zum Ansehen an… Gartenanlage toll!
