I would like to start by saying that a family holiday here is always recommended but compared to last year we found it to have dropped: first of all the buffet, which was the strong point illustrated in my previous five-star review, was no longer as inviting as the previous time. Let's say that nothing attracted you at first sight even if the taste was still acceptable. As for the reception staff, here too, like last year, we found a certain coldness and speed. This year, however, the rest of the staff did not excite us either. Not very smiling, not very friendly and often lazy. Furthermore, practically no one spoke Italian but the strange thing is that many did not even understand English so communicating was a bit absurd in the sense that you speak and they stare into space. One morning at breakfast I asked the waiter to clear the table of the previous guests and prepare ours: he changed plates and cutlery and left the dirty, stained tablecloths, crumbs on the table and chairs. I was shocked and cleaned it myself because he did not understand anyway. For the guests next to us, he remade the table by cleaning everything. It is difficult to understand if there were misunderstandings with the English language or simply if he is used to cleaning one table yes and one no… As for the prices, they are always very good, both for the stay and for the bar service. The only absurd note is the 0.75 bottle of water at dinner at the price of €4.30, a real exaggeration that you do not expect given the relatively low prices of everything else. The room this year was really small, probably last year even if I had booked the same type, I had an upgrade. The bathroom was really tiny and the view was more on the back of the shop and the internal facade of the hotel than on the park, which appeared faded, stained and not impeccable like the previous time. I also found the common areas a little less tidy and less clean than last year. We were a little disappointed because the standard has dropped, however I would definitely recommend this hotel because it is a quiet place, where you feel good and nothing is missing, children have fun thanks to the various attractions dedicated to them, there is entertainment and there are shows for adults too. Stunning view and super location. We returned because last year everything was wow, now after this last experience I don't know if I would return. I could imagine that maintaining such a high level would be difficult but deep down I hoped so. Let's say that from a "super" experience this year we went down to a "nice" experience.

Wir waren über ein Wochenende in diesem Hotel und waren im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden! Modernes , stylisches Hotel , perfekte Lage direkt am Meer und an einer schönen Strandpromenade, Tennisplatz vor Ort , dazu sehr ordentlich und gepflegt sowohl die Zimmer als auch die Lobby und der Speisesaal ! Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal besonders zu unseren Kindern sehr nett und zuvorkommend, dazu flott und hilfsbereit. Meine Minuspunkte: das Essen / Buffet … habe da schon viele andere Hotels in dieser Kategorie besucht und dieses ist durchschnittlich! Wenn ich in Kroatien Forelle und Dorsch als Fischspeise bekomme, weiß ich nicht ob ich das wirklich will… auch Frühstück okay , aber nicht herausragend… Fazit : es ist für mich ein Sport - und oder Kinderhotel ( tolle Möglichkeiten mit Pools und Spielplatz ) aber kein Gourmet oder Romantikhotel … als solches aber empfehlenswert!
