We do not recommend this hotel. We stayed at Garden suits - first impression was terribe. The room was not cleaned. We had ants everywhere, the floors were dirty and the terrace/outside was dirty. We went to reception who sent room service to take care of the ants. We did not get any apology, they said that they have this problem in other rooms too. The garden suit absolutly doesen't deserve 4.5 stars - it doesent have hair dryer, doesent have coffee maker and its obvious they dont tidy it properly. We also had problems with wellness beacuse in the booking app there is no explenation you have to make appointment in advance to go to spa - beacuse we didnt know that they didnt let us inside. Staff in wellness gave us no explanation or apology. Wellness was included in price and we had to pay full price even though we didnt have a chance to use it. The food is the brightest point of our stay, beacuse its really lots of options and its really delicious!!

Garden Suites are very nice new suites which have 4 stars category. Buildings are very nice modern objects and in each building are approx 4-6 suites with view on sea or park. Our suite did have living room with sofa which is OK option for 2 kids and bedroom which was very comfort and big terrace. Also bathroom is very spacious and modern and this suites are in my opinion better option then hotel. On one side you have privacy and much more space then in hotel,but on another side you can use all amenities of hotel (food,wellness,...) Everything is very clean and staff is friendly. Food in hotel is not something special,but you will always find variety of food for breakfast or dinner.Also some beverages are free of charge by dinner (local wine,bear,juice,water,...). Resort has also big parking,bicycle storage and near the resort you have a lot options for sports (tennis,football,volleyball,...). In my opinion are this suites at this moment one of best options for perfect holidays in Umag.

From the first minute disaster and overrated. At first there was no parking at all but come on. And then the biggest disappointment: the floors in Garden Suite Villa No. 637 were not cleaned, washed and we were with a small child crawling. Terrible, when the reception is called no one answers the call, it is very difficult to establish communication with the reception. In front of the villa two anthills, ants everywhere but everywhere all the time. The cleaning lady didn't come one day without any explanation why (she said we were inside and she didn't want to bother - then you ask the guests when it's okay to come and clean and not come at all). The last day a huge mirror fell from the front door, luckily it didn't fall on a child crawling nearby, without any excuses from the hotel and anyone.Beach and pool disaster, and about the queue for food not to mention 🤣 For some college excursion it's fine, for some premium service we expected given the price ( I have experience with premium services because I paid for them and I know what I'm talking about) unfortunately not. Hopefully I helped someone.

The villas are beautiful! Attention to the smallest details With modern furnishings, sun loungers for sunbathing in the garden just a few steps from the sea and from the structure which offers the possibility of having meals. Service at the restaurant could be improved, breakfast and dinner buffet food was normal.

The room (ground floor with terrace) was very nice and the complex made a very well-kept impression. The recently opened Punta Pool is perfect if you are spending your holiday with children, with a sufficient number of loungers and a few cabanas, but you have to be quick to get there as these are free and unfortunately - as is often the case - towel reservation tourism is taking hold here too. In this area there is both an indoor playground (children's kitchen, ball pit, craft corner, climbing opportunities, air hockey, Playstation, etc.) with childcare and comfortable beanbags and seating areas directly outside, as well as an extensive outdoor playground with a small arena and entertainment programs. There is also a sun-protected baby pool, a spray park, a water play tower with several slides and a deeper pool with a place to lie down in the water. There are also enough parking spaces (€1 per day for standard parking spaces, €5 per day for covered parking spaces). Check-in took quite a long time, but the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was OK, but the room was very loud - the gym was extremely small. The music from the nearby Luna Park could be heard until 11pm (there is an agreement between Luna Park and the hotel that the volume is reduced after 11pm), but it was not particularly disturbing. All in all, we had a very nice stay.

Directly from the hotel premises there is access to the sea and beaches - both rocky, concrete and two sandy ones. Restaurant in the main building of the Umag hotel, meals of very good quality, large selection and variety. Comfortable chairs in the restaurant rooms and a nice view of the sea. There is a small swimming pool in front of the hotel, there is also an indoor swimming pool, but the minus here is cold water. Parking right next to the hotel. I consider my stay a success.
