Problem checking in took about 40minutes but I think this was trip.com fault as wanted payment when I clearly showed it fully paid before hand.
The place was clean and seemed new self check in machines not working and staff looked over worked and stressed.
Breakfast was terrible as compared to other chains under cooked food and to be fair other guests being too greedy and taking all the breakfast items.

What can I say. Booked here for breakfast for my daughter’s birthday and they were brilliant. Ten of us all together and they took care of us with ease. Perfect cooked breakfast everything tasted amazing. They brought a cake out and sang happy birthday to my little girl who absolutely loved it. Even got a balloon and some birthday glasses. Such thoughtful staff! Thank you Jake Helen and David you were all amazing 🤩

Fantastic birthday breakfast, Helen, Jake and David were superb, excellent service, food great. Considering there was 10 of us they served us with ease and had everything ready. Thank you all. They went above and beyond for my granddaughter. Will definitely be coming again worth every penny.

Another comfortable stay at the premier inn ulverston. We were checked in by sam who couldnt do enough for us, nothing was to much trouble. We had food at the restaurant could not fault it, nice quiet location so got a lovely night's sleep. Thankyou sam and team we will be back.

A perfect location for exploring south lakes and an easy drive to Windermere. The car park was free with ample spaces but it was poorly designed and a struggle if you have a van. Throughout the 4 day stay, it was so clear that there were not enough staff on the evening, this is not a complaint about them they were all lovely and brilliant and couldn't do enough for you ... But the meal wait times were so long and our two little kids were so bored the cook was having to serve the food after cooking it at one point, one evening the staff member had to take orders serve food, and drinks, and man reception all at the same time... It's just too much to expect and the customer experience was negative because of the waiting times. It was uncomfortable to see the staff struggling with a smile on their face.

I stayed this week and although the staff seemed to be a little short they were attentive and could not do enough Sam checked me in I came early but this was no issue I ate in the restaurant it was hot and tasted great Breakfast I came down early food was all ready for me to just take with the option for fresh poached or scrambled eggs which I took the poached they were great Thank you for my stay

I love my trip away, it was a lovely experience to just get away from my home town for a bit and go visit somewhere new. All the staff were amazing they were really helpful. Food was great and my room was very clean. Best place to stay if your going out around the town too since it’s right near the town but over all loved the views and the staff
