We had a few issues while staying at this hotel. The AC was not working in our room, the issue was temporarily "fixed" only to be a problem again a few hours later. We eventually moved to another room late in the evening, after requesting this since it was obvious the AC issue was not going to be permanently fixed. The blanket on the bed was super thin (this seems to be a recurrent problem lately in our accommodations in Turkey) and small for the size of the bed and to cover the two of us. There were no toiletries in either room, we got some shampoo only after requesting it. The breakfast was average, there was only instant coffee and tea, hard boiled eggs only, plus the usual Turkish veggie/fruit/jam options. The hotel is not located on the beach, it's a 5-minute walk away from the beach. The pool was great and the highlight of our short stay.

The hosts were welcoming and very helpful. The language barrier was easily overcome with a little patience and Google Translate. The location is minutes from the beach and beachfront restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was a dream, nice pool open till 10 pm, spacious, clean and modern rooms in bungalow style and very friendly staff. The hotel is highly recommendable, we were sad, that we had to leave so early. The breakfast was ok, but the city is just 300m away with many restaurants and cafes

Приехали поздно вечером. В аэропорту встретил водитель на микроавтобусе с табличкой фамилии, отвез быстро в отель за 60 евро, которые оплатили позже в отеле. В отеле удобные двухэтажные корпуса по номеру на каждом этаже, с прохождом по лестнице на второй этаж, отличная шумоизоляция за счёт такого расположения, смежные корпуса сдвинуты относительнодруг друга, поэтому балконы не вплотную друг к другу, что не мешает некоторой приватности. Номера огромные, рассчитаны на 3 человек с одной большой и малой кроватью, удобные большие шкафы и прочая мебель. В отеле встретила на ресепшен Селина, которая очень доброжелательна, вежлива и может помочь в любой ситуации, очень хорошо знает английский язык. Нам нашли маленький электрочайник для приготовления чая вечерами. Хозяин Рамазан выходит каждое утро на завтрак интересуется у гостей как проживание и т.п., тоже старается помочь.Помогут разменять валюту по выгодному курсу. Есть бесплатные велосипеды, правда требуют некоторого ремонта и настройки. Отель расположен в 3 минутах ходьбы от пляжа по маленькому освещенному тротуару, находится рядом с главной улицей с кафе и магазинами. С утра прекрасный разнообразный завтрак, гранаты и апельсины с сада раздают гостям, уборку производят по просьбе гостей и в их присутствии.Как минус можно отметить отсутствие шампуней и тапочек, но в Чиралы это распространённое явление в отелях.В отеле живут две маленькие собаки и куча кошек, для детей есть с кем поиграться если что.
