"Very good service by Sunway staffs, all smiles and patience and friendly with kids. My son is very happy from enjoying this Lost world zoo trip! 5 stars You can only check in after 3pm due to their small amount of rooms, so DO NOT come earlier! But the staff are really good to call me when room is ready so I really appreciate that. The location is also very good if you are planning to go Lost World, but other than that it is a pain in the ass to travel to old town or central area of Ipoh for good food, just secluded area. Prebook Jeff Cellar since it's in the same area if you want high end but good food. Sunway should not only sell their own products (white label) but also should include things outside like chips or medicine. Not really convenient when all the ground floor of hotel / inside Lost World doesn't have midnight snacks that isn't Sunway branded 😂"

"Overall was a great experience, easy check-in, near Lost World, requested extra towels and provided earlier than expected. Responsive reply from home stay management. The only down part was unexpected blackout ard 10am, we checked out earlier."

"The room that i booked was on the ground floor so its convenient for families as there are no elevator in this hotel. There's Speedmart close by so its very convenient. Ironing facilities only 1 in each floor . Parking are plenty but charges applies for weekdays. Very value for money and I will definitely stay here again."

"Everything is good except they ask for deposit of RM 300 and I was told by the counter staff that the deposit require 3 months for refund. I don't think this is legit. "The hotel was in a nice location. Lots of food near by. Has a private carpark which was a good plus. The room was spacious for 1 person. Toilet was clean and Had hot showers too. Just the wifi was not very reliable. Otherwise happy with my stay."
