There wasn’t anyone to attend us when we arrived at the lobby, have to wait for quite a while for the receptionist to come out. We booked the water villa that comes with hot spring and pool but both were pretty dirty. Have to get the cleaner to come and clean before we use it. One of the Indian pregnant staff at the reception wasn’t very friendly when we requested the buggy services to go back to our room. Overall the ambience was great but the services definitely have room for improvement.

Everyhing was good. I arrive there early on 12pm but its okay because check in time on 3pm but their reception promise me to make phone call if my room is ready. Sadly no one call me , i am waiting at lobby from 2pm until 3.15pm none of their reception inform me that my room actually was ready. This is my first time having this issue before this everything was smooth and good. I felt dissapointed because i going there for celebrating my kids birthday trip.

Nice, quiet, relaxing stay at The Haven. The room was very big with a kitchenette, a sitting area and a balcony. The view from the balcony was fantastic! Excellent breakfast spread, and the staff were very attentive. Not near the city centre or the popular caves (about 20 mins away by car), but can call for Grab easily.
