Nice, quiet, relaxing stay at The Haven. The room was very big with a kitchenette, a sitting area and a balcony. The view from the balcony was fantastic! Excellent breakfast spread, and the staff were very attentive. Not near the city centre or the popular caves (about 20 mins away by car), but can call for Grab easily.

3rd time having fun here with my small families. We having a good time staying at here, the room, food and everything is outstanding. got 4 tikets free for hot spring, but for daytime activities need to purchase seperated. The room was spacious and very clean for 2 nights stay is so comfortable. During this stay overall very satisfied with the price given and hospitality form hotel staff are the best. Surely will make another trip in the future

The hotel really lives up to its description as an oasis away from the city. I loved how it was located away from the hustle and bustle of the central city area, amidst beautiful nature. The hotel had several unique amenities such as the fish pool, meditation cave and crystal cave which were amazing to be be in. We booked a lake villa which had its own hot tub and private pool, as well as a nice balcony with a scenic view of the lake. All staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, and we also enjoyed dinner at Jeff’s Cellar - a mind-blowing experience with a delicious 10-course menu in a gorgeous 260-million-year-old limestone cave.

An decent sleepover after long drive from JB. We're checked in at 10pm. Though room quite small but it's clean and enough space for solat. Floor, bed and washroom all clean. Just when we arrived and opened the door, a cigarette smell kicked in.. but after turned on AC and fan, after awhile, the smell gone. We are 2 adults with one 4yo kid. May need bigger room if you are with bigger family.

The room is spacious and comfortable but the pillows for sleeping are too little.. the others so far ok. The most important thing is this hotel is very close to Lost world Tambon.. just 3 minutes away. For those who come a big family is very suitable book this hotel.. The price is worth it.

Disappointed the service from Trip.com, during check in front desk staff informed my room type as not per my booking in website. wasting my time about hour to call trip.com to settle the issue. finally upgrade with additional own money before trip.com agreed to refund back after show the receipt.😔 pls ensure your website/app update frequently.
