The room is big, but there are cockroaches. The room safe didn't work. It took three days to fix it, so we changed rooms. The efficiency is low and the front desk reception is unprofessional. But all smiles. Close to shopping mall. The price/performance ratio is okay.

Overall it is not big, a bit crowded for 3 people, the facilities are ok, the best thing is probably the dryer, the drying time is not long and the drying effect is very good.

The location was good, easy enough to get around. I wouldn’t recommend having a car as no parking options at the hotel and broadway parking not too easy to find more than 1 hour free.
Hotel was nice, but issues with the room I had booked. No communication besides when we went to check in they then advised us we were being upgraded, to find that the room upgraded to was not suitable for 3 people. They did find a resolution and moved to a different room but not again what we wanted especially with a child.
Tv in room would not turn off properly but if you follow the guide and turn off the power at the main switch on the kitchen should resolve it.
Was ok, not sure I would stay again.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Location was superb - close to Broadway Shopping centre as well as bus stop. The lack of complimentary parking on-site was not an issue for us as we did not have a car.
The room was spacious with incredibly comfortable bedding. The kitchenette was fully equipped for light cooking. The Nespresso machine was definitely an icing on the cake!
Very happy with the experience at the hotel. Also, loved the pleasant fragrance that greeted us in the lobby.

Room is spacious and location is good, 4 mins walk to Broadway Mall with supermarket and shops
The room need better cleaning on walls and corner, spider webs there
Bed was clean and tidy
Room light is relatively dark
The lounge air conditioning has a central locked for some reason we cannot turn it on and the hotel phone wasn’t working

Perfect hotel for our family of 4. Beautifully decorated, clean, with great service. Located in an authentic and quiet neighborhood, with nearby restaurants and shopping options. We loved everything and do recommend without hesitation.
