What an awesome place! We spent a week here in the summer of 2024, and still keep talking about it. The hotel is placed in the heart of the Italian alps, and provides amazing and unforgettable service to its guests. Designed in a fusion of the modern minimalistic and cozy alpine styles, it abounds in warmth and coziness, all complimented by friendly staff. The breakfast is amating, the selection of both buffet and a-la-carte is plentiful, and of high quality. If you are looking for a place to spend a relaxing summer holiday away from typical summer tourist places, look no further. I am sure this place is amazing in winter, too, but it may just be a bit too crowded then. In early July, it was just perfect.

Amazing hotel. I arranged a ski trip for my 50th birthday, we were a group of 17 people, aged between 10 and 57 years old. The hotel was fantastic, we had very spacious 2 bedroom apartments with big balconies and lovely views of the mountains. The swimming pool and spa facilities are top draw and after a days skiing it was exactly what we needed, we even used the ice plunge pools. The food was outstanding, 5 course meals every night, lots of excellent wine and outstanding service. The kids loved the pool, and whilst they was a little noisy, the hotel staff dealt with it perfectly. I cant recommend this place enough, its a five min walk to the gondola or the hotel runs a 7 seater bus that can book at no extra cost. We will be returning next year for sure, totally loved it :-).

following our stay in your hotel, which was very nice I must say, I have two feedback/complain that I am raising! First, the lack of vegetarian dishes on the à la carte menu. While fish and meat can be found plenty of time, that’s not the case for vegetarian options. Secondly, after taking a la carte dishes, we decided to try the cheese buffet. I was sure that for 16€ (if I am not mistaking) we would have a great variety of local cheese. Unfortunately there were only four, mostly the same. That’s definitely overpriced, 32€ for two persons!! In other restaurant, for 20€ the customer can expect a choice of at least 20 to 30 cheese, but not here.

We spent several days in this wonderful hotel - green oriented with particular attention to the usage of materials and impact on the nature. We were surrounded by nature and mountains - ready for a walk in the middle of he forest- but at the same time with all the comfort of the modern world available! Cosy and well illuminated spacious rooms + natural spring water directly in the room + 2 floors of wellness area + personal trainer and lots of activities proposed. Beautiful open space restaurant with a panoramic view over the mountains with delicious food, and a sweet surprise offered every day for the afternoon tea time! Very important = XL + covered parking space for your cars! Strongly recommended!

Wieder einmal vier Tage in dem Hotel verbracht. Die Zimmer nach wie vor schön. Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert. Der Wellnessbereich und der Badesee sind toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen ( wenn Everest) kocht, super!

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von unserem Urlaub im Arosea Life Balance Hotel. Wir hatten eine Life Style Suite Deluxe für 14 Tage und mussten unseren Urlaub nach 10 Tagen abbrechen wegen eines Einbruchs in unserem Haus. Positive Sachen: -Grosses Zimmer -Zimmer wurde immer sehr ordentlich sauber gemacht -Parkplatz unterirdisch -Kein Lärm -Empfang am ersten Tag sehr nett -Lage des Hotels ganz OK am See gelegen. Viele Wanderwege. Negative Sachen: hier mal eine kleine Auswahl -Frühstück unterirdisch. Brotauswahl sehr klein. Hausgemachter Kuchen Fehlanzeige. Jeden Tag die gleiche überschaubare Auswahl. Service beim Frühstück fast nicht vorhanden. Wir wurden vielleicht dreimal gefragt ob wir gerne Kaffee hätten. Ansonsten mussten wir uns bemühen irgendeinen Kellner zu finden um Kaffee zu bestellen. Nichts wurde während dem Frühstück vom Tisch abgeräumt. Nach drei Tagen hatten wir nicht einmal mehr Lust aufs Frühstück. Noch ein einfaches Beispiel wie schlecht der Service war: Man hat den gleichen Tisch jeden morgen. Da wir nur Süssungsmittel verwenden, dies in jedem Hotel beim Zucker mitliegt, mussten wir jeden morgen einen Kellner fragen uns Süssungsmittel an den Tisch zu bringen. Die Bedienung müsste nach zwei Tagen dies wissen und Süssungsmittel bereits beim Zucker hinzugelegt haben. Dies ist nur ein banales Beispiel vom Service. -Mittagsjause/Kuchen -quasi nicht vorhanden. -nicht mal erwähnenswert -Abendessen -Salatauswahl unterirdisch. -Jeden Tag die gleiche schlechte Auswahl -schlechte präparierte Salate -Suppen schlecht. -Aufstriche und Pesto tuen sicher nichts zur Bereicherung des Abendessens bei -Vorspeisen ok. -Hauptspeisen ok. -Fischgerichte kann man abhacken. Die Portionen extrem klein (vieleicht 50 Gramm)Fisch beim Hauptgang -Käseplatte ist ein Witz. Jeden Tag die gleichen 4 Käsesorten. Das gesammte Frühstück/Abendessen entspricht sicherlich keinem 4 Sterne Hotel die sich auch noch lautstark auf der Internetseite über ihre besondere Küche rühmen. Hätten wir ein zwei Sterne gebucht hätten wir dies als genügend angesehen. Aber als 4 Sterne Hotel ist dies nicht nachzuvollziehen. -Viele Holzteile komplett abgenutzt und verfault. Auf unserer Terrasse/Balkon ist ein Teil der hölzernen Terrasse so verfault und abgenutzt gewesen, dass die Terrasse sich an manchen ＞Stellen 3-4 cm abgesenkt hat. Mehrmals Splitter in den Füssen eingefangen. Manche Bretter sind derart verwest dass man beim Drauftreten Angst hat, dass man durchbricht. Die Liegestühle auf unserem Balkon waren derart unbequem und nicht nutzbar. Da wir bereits nach 10 Tagen anstatt den 14 abgereist sind, wurde der Hundezuschlag und die Ortstaxe trotzdem für 14 Tage verrechnet. Nach Beanstandung wurde dies dann abgehalten. Kein Lunchpaket für die Rückreise angeboten usw. Unser schlechtester Urlaub den wir je in einem 4 Sternehotel in den Alpen/Dolomiten verbracht haben.

La cassaforte in camera non funzionava (ho un video per provarlo). Mi hanno rubato un tablet e l'hotel si è rifiutato di risarcirmi (art. 1783 c.c.) anche dopo che ho sporto denuncia. Non hanno neppure fatto riparare la cassaforte. Prezzi esorbitanti per qualsiasi extra incluse bottiglie di acqua minerale. Mai più.

Prima di partire, leggendo alcuni commenti, le aspettative per l' Arosea Life Balance erano alte, ma purtroppo mi devo ricredere. L'hotel si presenta bene, l'interno della struttura è curata e il personale sembra gentile.....la camera è carina ma cominciamo i primi problemi.... Possibile che non ci sia un minibar?!? Inoltre in camera troviamo gli accappatoi con relative ciabatte, mi accorgo di aver lasciato le infradito a casa e chiedo alla reception se è possibile averne un paio per andare nella Spa....con sorpresa mi rispondono che le ciabatte di pelo che sono in camera sono adatte alla zona Spa.... logicamente ogni volta che andavo nella Spa mi ritrovavo ad avere le ciabatte bagnate inutilizzabili in camera. La Spa è carina ma davvero troppo piccola per un 5 Stelle. La Sauna panoramica è davvero piccola e di panoramico non c'è nulla se non una piccola finestra in alto ( le saune panoramiche che ho visto in altri hotel della zona hanno delle vetrate enormi e ti permettono davvero di godere del panorama). Altra cosa anomala è la presenza di bambini nell'area saune... abbastanza imbarazzante....Ho chiesto spiegazioni ad una dipendente e mi ha riferito che è vero che non ci dovrebbero stare, ma essendo i genitori dei bimbi amici della titolare a loro è permesso....!?! L'acqua della piscina è davvero troppo fredda, per cui risulta impossibile usufruirne. In generale tutte le stanze relax della Spa sono fredde e non ti permettono di rilassarti a dovere. Essendo un 5 stelle mi aspettavo almeno un po' di frutta fresca nella Spa, come è consuetudine in tutti gli altri 5 stelle visitati nella zona, ma qui c'è solo un distributore di frutta secca immangiabile.... Altra delusione è la cena...... portate minuscole è non all' altezza dei commenti che avevo letto.... Un consiglio, andate a cena presto, perché quel poco di antipasto a buffet, una volta finito, non lo riportano.....camerieri, ad eccezione di Sad, sembrano molto inesperti e la titolare, presente in sala, tende a privilegiare gli stranieri rispetto agli italiani....una sgradevole sensazione che mi ha accompagnato per tutto il soggiorno. In altri 5 stelle, al tuo arrivo, ti danno tutte le indicazioni per le attività svolte all'interno della struttura e fuori....ma qui nulla, ti danno la chiave della camera e stop....boh...davvero, in generale, mi pongo la domanda di chi possa aver assegnato 5 stelle a questo hotel, che sicuramente sarebbe più appropriato relegare in una categoria tipo 3S ...al massimo 4.
