Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the elderly gentleman at the counter was so sweet! Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall

The worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. The hotel was filthy, I have posted pictures below. They tried to resolve this issue 4 times, every time the bed linen was dirty. The customer service desk did nothing to help and was actively obstructive in helping me get a refund or change hotels. In the end I was basically forced to stay 2 nights as it was seemingly impossible to get any of my money back. Additionally the WIFI did not work properly as you can see in my screenshot.

Tower parking lot parking is convenient.
There is a youth street in the back, so there are plenty of shopping and food options.
The Taehwagang view and riverside walking path are comfortable.
Highly recommended for those visiting Ulsan.
