B&B HOTEL Ulm

Modern hotel in a perfect central location. Very friendly reception and easy to deal with. Everything very clean. Good air conditioning, very comfortable bed and great room service. View over the train station. Good windows, so no noise pollution. I can only recommend it.

Upon arrival we were received unfriendly. We still had to pay something and wanted to do this in cash. The machine did not accept the note that had just been taken from the machine, after which we were ordered to pay by card. Fine. We brought the stuff to the room and I went to walk the dogs. Immediately the unfriendly man appeared and asked unfriendly again if I had paid for them. I thought I had, but after checking it turned out that this was not the case. I had to come later to pay. Since the entire treatment was bad, I decided to pay only upon departure. My husband is ill and needs his rest, so I hung the "do not disturb" on the door. 2 hours later there was a knock. I did not open the door.. Another 2 hours later again. Whether I wanted to pay for the dogs. Yes, tomorrow morning! I have never experienced this before!!!! Upon departure I asked why the knock was necessary since the label was hanging on the door. Was he so afraid that we would not pay? The cash register was wrong, was the answer. We travel a lot, but we will never go back here!!!!!!!

The hotel is great and has a great location for a city trip. It is also very reasonably priced, especially at the moment. The rooms were great and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would happily come back. 😉

Unfortunately, it was difficult to reach due to external circumstances (construction site). It was also not possible to call the hotel in advance and inform them of my slightly oversized height (2.03 m), but that worked better in Nuremberg.
