Very nice, clean, simple. A/C does not cool all that well, but there was a nice breeze outside and the windows opened. Only issue - property amenities states laundry facility and when asked - no one had any idea.

We asked for a quiet room, and ended up above the service entrance to what we learned was their associated brewery/restaurant. No airconditioning, the room was hot and we could not open the window to the balcony due to the staff from the restaurant smoking and chatting below us until very late. It was disappointing that the staff clearly had no respect or consideration for the hotel guests. On the plus side, rooms are quite nice and the breakfast staff are very pleasant.

Great location and value for money. Nice room and linens. Warm floor in the bathroom. The o Lu thing to improve would be to train the person in the reception since made mistakes checking in every one of us with the amounts to be charged in our credit cards……

I constantly travel for business and I have never experienced such redness in my life. Young annoyed girl , that maybe would fit into some hostle, was incredibly rude and even insolting. For sure that is not what you would expect in hospitality business. AVOID THAT PLACE !!

Das Hotel ist schön und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage direkt am Münster und die Nähe zum Fischer-Viertel ist perfekt. Das Parkhaus ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Barfüßer Brauerei, in der man sehr gut Essen und Trinken kann.

Het hotel is gemakkelijk met je navi te vinden en de aankomst is een verassing de kleine lift die je zelf kunt bedienen bevindt zich in de hal links van de voordeur en kom je bij de receptie uit( geweldige oplossing) Met de elektronische kaart kun je door de deuren en je kamer . Midden in de oude stad en de winkels en bezienswaardigheden Prima wifi parkeren kan in d eparkeer garage en om de hoek op een mindervaliden parkeer plaats. Bad kamer aangepast voor mindervaliden met beugels. Het ontbijt was basic maar genoeg keuze ,de eieren zaten in een Jute zak op de bovenste plank waar je als rolstoeler niet bij kunt .
