Useful pretty hotel, easy to reach by train or car, with possibility of parking, outside (free) or in the private garage; very near to the city center, just above the old fascinating fishermen’s medieval quarter. Our room vas at the top floor, very pretty and quite silent, considering the proximity of the railway. Staff is nice and pleasant, I think here you can find the best quality/price ratio in the city center.

Clean, well-maintained hotel. Shame about the disabled room. This is very spacious, but the bathroom is not ideal for 'healthy' people. No dinner available on Sundays. You are tired, want some rest and you are obliged to go to the center to look for food. Center within walking distance of the hotel. Poorly insulated. Lots of street noise and train traffic despite the shutters. And we are used to train traffic, but this was disturbing. After all, you're traveling and don't want to hear every train. (the tracks are better at home than in Germany). The earplugs in the room are there for a reason!

We stayed here for one night while passing through. It is good value for money as the hotel is very centrally located. The rooms were clean, some of the towels weren't (stains that didn't come out when washing). We were given two rooms on the same floor which was great for our one year old son as he could run to his grandma's quickly. On arrival and departure everyone was offered a bottle of water and our son a CapriSonne. At the reception one was very friendly. The beds are very narrow, so that it was quite tight for three (with a child). I only used the extra bed to protect myself from falling out, since our son wouldn't sleep there.

Wie dieses Hotel zu 3 Sternen kommt, ist mir schleierhaft! Wir hatten ein lieblos gestaltetes Doppelzimmer. Keine Bilder an den Wänden, keine Haken im Eingamgsbereich wo man seine Jacke/Mantel aufhängen könnte, nur wenige Kleiderbügel im offenen Schrank! Badezimmer mit mehreren Mängeln: Toilettensitz lose, Zahnbecher- und Toilettenpapier lose. Dusche mit sehr hohem Einstieg. Stange der Brause wackelt. Vorhandener Föhn schmuddelig, Halter gebrochen. Plätze im Frühstücksraum reichen nicht für alle Hotelgäste, wenn diese zur gleichen Zeit zum Frühstück kommen. Nur wenige Aufbackbrötchen am Buffet, die schnell vergriffen sind. Dann Wartezeit bis zum nächsten Auffüllen. Auch andere Artikel wie Butter, Wurst, Eier werden nicht zügig ergänzt. Dadurch kommt es immer wieder zu Wartezeiten während des Frühstücks. Den einen Punkt erhält das Hotel für seine Lage. Weinige Minuen Fußweg in die Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof. Den zweiten Stern gibt es für den günstigen Preis. Dieser hätte uns allerdings für ein 3-Sterne-Haus zu denken geben müssen. Werden das nächste Mal lieber ein paar Euro mehr für die Übernachtung in Ulm ausgeben!

Das Haus ist eine preisgünstige Alternative zu den anderen Hotels in der Gegend. In circa 5 Gehminuten erreicht man fussläufig den Bahnhof - sehr praktisch. Deutliche Abzüge gibt es bei der Qualität der Handtücher und vereinzelt auch leider bei der Sauberkeit (Klobrille schmutzig). Punkten hingegen konnte das freundliche Personal - Familiengeführt. Mehr als 60€ würde ich hier allerdings alles Single-Reisender nicht ausgeben.

J'ai réservé 5 chambres pour une sortie associative. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Chambres spacieuses et très propres. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des confitures maison. Hôtel proche du centre ville, 5 mn à pied. Proche aussi du centre de congrès de Neu-Ulm, 5 mn à pied. Le Danube est tout à côté de l'hôtel avec possibilité de se promener le long de ses berges. Parking gratuit devant l'hôtel. Personnel très disponible et serviable. Je recommande cet hôtel.
