Best Western Plus Atrium Hotel

I ended up using a hotel designated by a local company for business travelers. Please note that this hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk staff, so if you arrive at the hotel after 22:00, you must contact the hotel in advance to receive check-in instructions.

史上最差酒店！！！ 房間濃郁煙味！！！ 床底別人遺留臟襪子！！！ 更可怕的是半夜被人狂敲門！！！！！！！！！！！ The worst hotel ever!!! Our door was knocked with "OPEN THE DOOR" shouting around 02:00 AM. How horrible! We booked two rooms (204, 205). The two rooms are interconnected. I heard a knock on the door of 205 and was awakened from sleep. I woke up my husband immediately. When we were very panicked and hadn't reacted in the very first minute, the person outside was already trying to open the door with the key card. Since I put a china cup over the handle on the inside of the door and the person outside had turned the handle, the china cup fell to the ground. But since we locked the lock inside the door, he couldn't push the door open to get in. Then he started knocking on 204's door again. At this time, my husband asked what was the matter, but the people outside only shouted "OPEN THE DOOR!" We tried to contact the reception several times, but nobody answered the phone. We contacted our booking agency. They helped to contact the reception, but there was still no answer. Our agency also told us not to open the door. In the meantime, my husband asked who was outside, and the guy told us he is the security. There is no peephole on the door, so we couldn't see what was going on outside. He kept shouting "OPEN THE DOOR!" outside. Then we told him to call the police. Good things was that police arrived in time. Then we knew the security got the complain from the guest in room 203, saying there was "bibi" sound in the neighbor room. But there was no such sound in our room. Then the security heard the sleeping music in 205 and said it should be the relaxing music. I really doubted this saying because the only neighbor of 205 was 204, which was also our room. My husband tried to communicate with the security person and asked why he didn't call us via the room phone. But the person said he did not speak English well. They could not communicated at all. However, his version "OPEN THE DOOR" really scared us. Later, we even called the ambulance to come because I felt too sacred and difficult to breath and could not stop trembling. The second day, I was still trembling. We let the booking agency to contact the hotel about what happened last night. The hotel only said it was not dealt appropriately, but even not apologized to us formally.
