Direi che la scelta è stata giusta. Hotel essenziale ma ben curato: la nostra camera al nono piano spaziosa e con ottima vista sulle colline circostanti, colazione buona, Wi-Fi ben funzionante, personale gentile. La posizione della struttura ideale; a due minuti dal corso principale della città e a 5 minuti dalla stazione dei treni e bus, perfetto in arrivo dall’aeroporto e base per ogni possibile escursione in altre città. Il fatto che ti puliscono la camera ogni 5 giorni (come scriveva qualcuno criticamente su questo sito), non è un disservizio ma una libera scelta del cliente se vuole contribuire ad un percorso di sostenibilità ambientale . Se così non fosse basta chiedere e ti fanno la camera tutti i giorni (è scritto ovunque).

I was utilising Vejle as a base to visit Christianfeld and Jelling and using this hotel for a one night stay. The hotel proved to be great value and I was impressed. My sleep quality was great (very quiet, comfy bed) and it is two minutes walk from the Trafficcenter, allowing a quick exit. The room was a decent size and although minimalist still had coffee making facilities. The breakfast might do with a little improvement but overall I was very happy with my stay.

Nice small hotel, friendly staff, exceptionally clean, good breakfast, parking not a problem, would not hesitate to stay again. Had a good nights sleep. Nothing to complain about here, 5 stars all the way.

Hotel rooms are all right and the hotel is well located on the port front. But the experience with the staff at the check-in was so miserable that I can only give one star because of it. After my booking, I had contacted the hotel in writing about a double bed room and a baby bed. Between was immediately confirmed and assured us. On the site I made a self-check on the computer and there was also a note about baby bed. The room had only two separate single beds and there was no baby bed ready. Then I contacted the reception and I was told that I should push the beds together. That would be the double bed that I was assured. This was an impossible option for us with baby, which once is between us at night. Alternatively, a room upgrade for almost DKK 400 with “right” double bed. And the baby bed should I pay extra per night with 100 DKK, “if any one is available at all”. That everything was written in advance and I had no reference to additional fees was completely ignored. Instead of excuse, I was treated extremely unfriendly and then I had to pay the baby bed extra. A subsequent complaint to the hotel manager was also completely ignored and replied by the same receptionist (Metteliva). I have never had to make such a terrible service experience and therefore no one can recommend the hotel anymore. At last, you pay much more than you get communicated in advance. Other hotels in Denmark were better and friendly over time

The house is beautiful, the public area is also rich, there is billiards, dining tables, and windows are super beautiful. Mainly with a small garden, separated from the bathroom and bedroom. ～～～ I really want to come again.
