服務：服務態度一般，我和朋友去旅遊然後選的這家，去了那裡不知道附近有啥吃的，我就問附近有啥吃的，她説這附近都是，你出去看看就知道了。我説好。然後我説我這個房間包含早餐嗎，她説你訂單包含嗎，你看看你訂單，我説行，一會看看（因為當時剛停完車，手機忘拿了，我想着她能在系統查到，我就沒去拿手機，她説你現在就看，看看包不包含……我又跑出去拿的手機看的………難道系統刷我的身份證就看不到我的預訂訊息嗎？下面評價回覆的根本不會有免費早餐，人家直接説你在第三方訂的房，不給早餐，還讓我開金卡會員……）還有就是衞生間燈壞了，打開後，一閃一閃的，還有電流的聲音，根本不敢開關，給前台打電話，讓前台上來看看，處理一下，前台問我現在過去看看，方便嗎，我説方便，你趕緊過來看看吧，她説行，結果我等了至少20分鐘，最後來了看看説沒事，修燈的那個人説我打電話的時候他在吃飯，所以上來的晚，那既然是這樣，前台為啥不告訴我修理的人在吃飯，需要我稍微等一會？我等了至少20分鐘才去處理，難道我就沒事幹了嗎
衞生：咱也不知道這個地板是打掃不乾淨還是打掃不掉？地板壞了就不會換地板嗎？

出差過來的，酒店環境衞生還可以，中規中矩，周邊有很多吃飯的地方，前台小姐姐態度非常好，很温柔很有禮貌！

酒店位置很好，一方面去火山或草原都方便，另一方面，周邊生活條件便利，無論飯店還是奶製品店或者特產店，都有不少。酒店出門就有公交站，去高鐵站也方便。房間面積夠寬敞，基礎硬件還算OK，但一些地方，比如地板，還是能看出前身酒店的使用痕跡（見圖5）。酒店服務人員不多，加上機器人，基本能滿足需求。但還是有衞生死角，比如房客遺留的煙頭（見圖4）。雖然處在路口，但房間窗户隔音意外的好，關上基本聽不到什麼户外噪音。整體來講，對得起這個價格，但還有提升空間。順便説一句，酒店旁邊有家“新面目米麪粥”，早餐包子非常好，尤其是酸菜餡的，值得嘗試。

酒店位置很不錯，進入大堂給我一種低調優雅的感覺。進大堂迎面就是前台小姐姐熱情親切的打招呼，房內整潔乾淨，床墊非常舒服，工作人員都非常專業，很熟練的應對我的諮詢，處理問題很出色，能夠及時為客人提供服務，我很滿意，居然有專門的保安幫忙停車或指導，早上起來不想去餐廳吃早餐可以呼叫前台送至房間，特別是阿姨會上門問有沒有需要清洗的衣服，阿姨還會親自手洗，商務酒店的價格，五星級服務

去看火山，選擇了這家，老酒店改造的，前台改造的還可以，但是房間不差距大，設施有些沒有更新如淋浴花灑，樓道發黴的味道太嚴重。員工對客服務不錯。餐廳不行，一塊抹布什麼都擦，餐品味道不好，和其他店相比差距太大。
