房間很好，設施先進，馬桶的自動的，窗簾也自動，前台服務非常熱情，酒店很新，早餐也很豐盛。各方面都非常滿意，衞生間設計的是乾濕分離，酒店給孩子們提供小童牙具，。離萬達近，各個景點也不遠。樓下飯店也多。連續住了兩晚。很開心的旅程

房間很乾凈，設施設備也很好，智能馬桶，訂的雙方床裏有榻榻米，孩子們特別喜歡。但是房間隔音效果差，入住的當天晚上10點半左右樓道里其他客人的孩子一直在跑鬧喊叫，也無人管理，後來忍無可忍打了前台電話才派工作人員去制止。另外就是早餐吐槽一下，沒多少東西，但是兩個孩子全都要求單獨交錢，在大同市區住的五星級酒店對於1.4米以下的小童還免費呢！

來烏蘭察布玩預訂了這家酒店，位置很好找就在臨街，有自己免費停車場。前台和大堂外服務生都特別熱情，主動幫着叫車，開電梯。刷卡才能上樓安全性較好。室內整潔乾淨，床品舒適。有免費下午茶，可以在一層茶餐廳休息。早餐也不錯，特別是羊肉燒賣特別好吃。我們退房離開，服務生主動幫忙指揮倒車，特別熱情。

酒店非常棒，超出預期～首先服務態度熱情專業，迎來送往指揮停車幫拿行李幫按電梯讓人真正感覺賓至如歸。其次房間裝修很新，智能馬桶、床鋪舒適，早餐每一樣東西都好吃而且價格很實惠，還有下午茶點、免費洗衣、免費加玻璃水等服務，各種超值。説兩個雞蛋裡挑骨頭瑕不掩瑜的小點，一個是隔音不太好，但我們入住時不算旺季來往走動客人也不算多所以沒覺得很打擾，而且有送免費耳塞和眼罩；一個是標間户型較小放衣服行李掛毛巾什麼的地方比較侷促，不過榻榻米茶台是我們喜歡的，一直在那裡喝茶。照片都是用相機拍的，手機裏衹有早餐圖就傳一張吧哈哈～對照顧我們的工作人員表示感謝！

其他城市的錦頤都很好，所以到這果斷也選了這個錦頤！但是這個簡直就不是錦頤！電梯裏堆一堆東西，沒人收走，害得我上下電梯行李箱都沒地方放！晚上睡覺，隔音特別差，別的房間關門開門，走廊裏走路都聽的清清楚楚！最差的是早點，食材不新鮮！熱牛奶是酸的！燒賣餡是酸的！吃着吃着，桌子上爬出來個大蟑螂！一路上光鬧肚子了！最差的住宿體驗了！差點400多塊錢，什麼呀！

火山羣遊覽結束回到烏蘭察布，在網上搜了一下酒店點評，入住全程得到家人的一致好評，下次來內蒙還會首選這家酒店；
從入住幫拿行李箱到帶領至房間，全程的服務非常專業，看得出酒店的工作人員是經過專業嚴謹的培訓，房間設施的潔凈和現代化程度都非常令人欣慰，賓至如歸的感覺給了我一夜完美的烏蘭察布之眠

設施：睡前發現，房間的門鎖有問題，本有辦法實現屋內反鎖，對客人的安全沒有辦法完全保障，協調了多方，最後也沒有任何的解決方案，酒店客滿，無法換房間，門鎖也無法維修。另外，房間沒有 USB 插口位，抽紙衹有一邊的牀頭櫃有。
服務：前台包括夜間值班人員應急反應幾乎為零，酒店沒有額外的備用房間，不敢想象如果不是門鎖壞了，而是其他嚴重影響休息的情況發生，酒店如何應對？
衞生：衞生情況良好
環境：隔音一般，酒店距離一些熱門打卡點都很近。
