這次的酒店體驗真的太棒啦！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就被温馨的氛圍所包圍。前台的工作人員熱情洋溢，辦理入住手續高效且周到，房間更是一大亮點，佈置得精緻又温馨，每一處細節都彰顯着酒店對客人的關懷。床鋪柔軟舒適，就像躺在雲朵裏一樣，讓我每晚都能安然入睡。床單被罩潔白如雪。酒店的衞生狀況堪稱一流，無論是房間、走廊還是公共區域，都乾淨整潔得無可挑剔。説到服務，真的是無微不至。有任何需求，衹要一個電話，工作人員就會迅速響應並幫忙解決。在這裏住了幾天，感覺就像在家一樣自在舒適。早餐也十分豐盛美味。酒店還能抽獎呢，我抽到了一張外國錢幣😄開心！

烏蘭察布的馬路真的很寬，停車真的特別方便。酒店位於主幹道旁邊，但是馬路上車很少，所以一點不吵。房間挺大的，設施也挺新，唯一就是空調不太好使，尤其是十一期間沒來暖氣之前，烏蘭察布在零度網上，空調開時間長了以後管用，據説15號就有地暖了。整體來講很滿意。

非常不錯，雖然房間小了點兒但是對得起這個價格，出去玩住性價比很高了，因為一天不在酒店，只有晚上回去睡，而且國慶假期也沒有溢價嚴重，正常價格，前台服務很好，態度也很好，隔音也不錯。

第一次帶娃和長者去烏蘭察布，住的這家。
首先感覺前台的小姐姐們都非常好
娃需要熱水泡奶，前台小姐姐問需要多少度水。我們出去玩前台小姐姐送娃驅蚊手環，還會和娃互動。有的時候還送了娃小汽車，真的非常感謝
我們訂的家庭房，1.8的床夠兩個大人和小寶寶睡，一個1.2米的娃奶奶睡正好
我對房間最滿意的是床墊，躺上去真的很舒服😌，有時候感覺勝過一些5星酒店了，房間也不潮濕
酒店門口的那就燒麥真的太棒了，新開的店非常乾淨整潔衞生，明廚房做飯的姨姨門也非常好，住酒店隨時都能下樓去吃非常好，推薦大家吃吃燒麥和羊雜麪鏡子！

帶着二老一小出遊，從草原回來後入住的，房間很乾凈，床很舒服，晚上睡覺很安靜，真的是一覺到八點多了，前台客服很熱情，我們是下午將近兩點的高鐵，因為外面在下雨，也不願意出去轉了，跟客服説明情況後，二話不説就幫我們把退房時間改到一點👍

一、有很多蟑螂 一晚上發現四衹蟑螂，還爬到枕頭上，特別噁心！！！床單枕罩有汗漬，寢具和衞生環境非常糟糕！
二、酒店施工有噪音 早上7:00就有店內的施工，噪音很大，完全不在意客人的休息時間和感受，城市的政策是8:00之後才可以開始裝修施工！
三、設施不完備 房間很擁擠的情況下，硬件設施也不完備！連個茶几或者小沙發都沒有，兩個人也沒有相應的座椅，衣物也沒有地方放，人幾乎衹能坐床上，洗澡拖鞋、蕎麥枕等一般連鎖酒店有的，這家一概沒有！
四、一次性消耗品當日沒有補充 店裡到晚上9:00就衹剩前台小姑娘自己，小姑娘還要忙客房服務和接待都忙不過來，當日要補充紙抽之類的消耗品也不給…
總之，這家店的整體體驗感極差，只有服務態度温和，其他什麼都不剩了…最主要：有很多蟑螂！！！完全不像是連鎖酒店的！！！
