大不如前，衞生，設施，整體環境太差，與尚客優的品牌及不匹配，不建議住。
剛開業那會兒非常好，我住過好幾次，這次體驗很不好！開空調一晚上都冷的沒法唾！

晚上入住被安排在一樓，進屋後瞬間捉到四五衹黑色的甲蟲，其中有一隻是在被子裏抓到的，洗手間也有，嚇得小孩不敢用馬桶。然後找酒店換房，被調到三層一個小房間，窗户外是一個被封死的天井，等於無窗。空調不出風，自行打開上蓋後發現濾網完去被污垢堵死，陳年老泥不忍直視（下邊有圖）對門有個剛退的帶窗房間就是不給，無奈天色已晚帶着孩子湊合住下。樓道里都是黴味，電梯地毯也極臟（有圖）第一天進電梯發現地毯上有個煙頭，第二天退房發現煙頭還在，根本就沒人打掃。三百三的房費，大車店的待遇。踩坑踩坑，坑中坑。

位置比較偏僻，周圍出來啥也沒有，需要開車幾公里才能看到人間煙火，前台接待給升級了一下，服務態度很好！

設施：設施齊全，配備一次性毛巾，比較乾淨，房間內一應俱全，裝修簡潔高雅。
衞生：整體衞生特別乾淨，房間採光好，明亮安靜，一進入酒店就有淡淡的清香氣息，配上輕音樂，給人一種特別放鬆的感覺。
服務：前台服務特別好，熱情周到，需要什麼東西都會親自給送到房間，各種問題都可以很好的解決，還幫忙延遲了退房時間，房間有免費礦泉水，無線網，體驗感最好的一次。
酒店門口停車特別方便，離各種景點都特別近，附近還有很多不錯的小吃，特別滿意，很值得推薦這家酒店！

幫家人訂的，房間採光很好，温馨整潔，院內非常寬敞，停車非常方便而且免費，對新手女司機停車相當友好，我們説去輝騰草原，然後前台經理很熱情地給我們介紹了熟人，訂的蒙古包價格給優惠了不少，當天天氣涼爽舒服，拍了不少照片，還騎了馬，玩兒得非常開心！推薦大家來！
