給12月21日晚值夜班兒的前台服務人員一個大姐中評。 昨天沒吃早餐，想着就此事問下。不管結果怎樣，感謝酒店經理的服務和耐心解答。前台大姐是這樣處理的:你給我們經理打電話吧，在電梯裏。態度顯得十分願意理睬我們這幫顧客。然後我就摁電梯找經理電話，我給經理打電話可以，但我覺得我入住時候也可以直接給經理打電話，不需要前台服務人員的服務，開哪個房間，我直接在電腦前，經理告訴我怎麼點鼠標就行，建議改成自助住宿酒店吧！昨天問開票的事情也是前台服務人員説給經理打電話。難道請問前台姐，不是起到一個上傳下達的作用嗎？事情不大，處理的中規中矩。所以中評。 最後建議酒店這樣的毛巾就不要再拿進客房了😂😂，床邊的很多昆蟲已經收拾了很多，還是有，唉……睡覺的話，床還是比較舒適的。

屋裡衞生收拾的不是很乾凈，地面灰塵特別大，桌子抽屜上的釘子都外漏出來了，褲子刮破了一個洞。

酒店服務態度一般。用品舊，地上都是七星瓢蟲的屍體。而且毛毯很長時間都沒有打掃，全都是頭髮和灰塵碎屑。停車不方便。其他的方面都很好！

房間寬敞，同價位的長豐15平，他家標間35平左右空間可以。早餐三個熱菜，不錯，長豆角好吃。沒有牛奶，但是水果有兩種，鹹菜有三種，有小米粥。早餐不錯，我都是8點多起來，不會不夠吃。雞蛋也有。位置便利，距離火車汽車站都不遠。旁邊有兩個商超一個洗浴。一排吃的。

我住的是516的邊房，房間裏白天還行 噪音小點，等到晚上房間內噪音特別大，根本就睡不着，就像是屋裡放了正在工作的豆漿機一樣的聲音，一直響，整宿的響。下午2點以後可以辦入住，我4點給客服發消息，説不要靠近電梯的房間，不要邊房，客服答應了，可是等我5點半左右辦入住的時候，就剩一個電梯房 一個邊房，502的電梯房，電梯一到，房間裏聽的很清楚。前台就是 要求都答應，但是辦不到。

每次來住這的時候多，房間寬敞明亮，衞生很好的，尤其是熱水源源不斷，這一點是很多賓館比不了的（有的地方衞生間是電熱水器，容積小，不夠用）。還有一點也是願意選擇這下榻的原因：浴室有塑料拖鞋，防滑的問題就解決了（有的地方衹配一次性拖鞋，又薄又滑，提了建議也不改進，藉口説衞生防疫部門不讓上）。服務沒有生冷硬的現象。建議就是：回頭客退房時間再延長點更好了。
