房間窗門竹屋頂，可進陽光但不通氣，服務員不熱情，早餐是外賣。設施不錯，位置不好找，我問了三人還是不知道，店外正在施工。

Лучший отель в Улан-Удэ, узнали о нем случайно несколько лет назад, теперь останавливаемся только здесь! В самом центре, чисто, очень стильно, даже окна на потолке, доброжелательный персонал, что может быть лучше! Спасибо большое! Все очень понравилось

Уютная, но старая гостиница, с отличным месторасположением, своих денег стоит точно. Завтраки, только ланч бокс (сендвич, круассан, яблоко и сок).

Небольшая уютная гостиница прямо на Арбате. Все главные достопримечательности рядом. Есть парковка, что прекрасно. Очень приятная девушка на ресепшен всегда старалась помочь.
Есть услуга стирки одежды и возможность погладить.
Спасибо за возможность качественно отдохнуть после долгой дороги.

Хорошее расположение отеля, приветливый персонал, рядом столовка... 2-й раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. НО в комнатах нет вентиляции, окна не открываются, кондиционер висит, но не работает!!! У меня в комнате было +32 градуса!!! Учитывайте это при планировании поездки.

Хороший отель. Расположение отличное, тишина, спокойствие, цена адекватная. Сантехника и мебель подуставшие, но всё работает. Из минусов: подушки очень не удобные.
