The Chaka Evening Hotel is new and all facilities are in very good conditions. The hotel is located in a new commerce area in Chaka which has the clear ambition to develop more business. However, there is not much around this area and most fields are empty or under construction.
Chaka Lake is a beautiful spot but the city is not so attractive. So also the hotel is not having any good spots around it. We also took the dinner in the hotel. The breakfast is okay but typical Chinese but they didn’t provided hot water for tea or a coffee.
The staff is friendly and they provided extra heater and humidifiers for the cold nights.
Overall, the hotel is a good choice if you stay in Chaka to recharge your batteries but it’s also good to move on after the stay.

Chaka Wanfeng Hotel is only about 3 kilometers away from Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area, and it can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The surrounding view is wide, and you can see the clear starry sky at night. In the morning, you can also vaguely see the outline of the salt lake when you open the window. We booked a twin bed, and the front desk helped us upgrade to a suite. The environment was very good. We were shown the room and decided to stay. Glucose water and wolfberry water were provided in the lobby. The bathroom was a little bit unhygienic, and there was yellow scale on the sink. The bedding was a little thin, and it felt a little old after being washed many times. The pillow was a little short, suitable for children to sleep.
