Had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The hospitality was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which added to the comfortable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly and tidy place to stay!

The place is clean and warm. Bed’s really comfortable. There are curtains for privacy and the lockers are huge which I really like a lot. Hot water works well in the shower. The toilets could be a little quite small though but manageable. And there’s free use of the washing machine as well. They have a kitchen where you can drink coffee/tea for free. And the host brings bread for breakfast :) Since there’s also a sofa in the kitchen, i was very happy that i was able to meet fellow travelers to hangout with. Location of the hostel is really good. It’s on the 6th floor of the same building of KFC on Sambuu st. It’s near a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and the main touristy places. The host Sonny was really kind, warm, helpful, and friendly. He lent me his jacket when i went for a day tour to Terelj National Park because it was cold that day and I don’t have enough thick jackets. His brother Bayaraa was also very welcoming when he picked me up at the airport at almost midnight. Thank you again for the hospitality and will definitely stay here again when I come back in Mongolia. :)

I backed the hostel around 7:30pm, so tired and sweaty, I need to have shower, after I entered the shower room, I noticed there was no water, so I put on my clothes again to go out to check, one of the hostel guest told me, he was informed by the hostel owner, the hostel will not have water due to some reason, and I was not informed, and the water will not be resumed within next 12 hrs, I was so disappointed and upset, I phoned the hostel owner and told him, I can’t stay in this hostel with no water, I immediately searched the trip.com, luckily I found a hotel has vacant room, with a lot of hustles and trouble, finally I moved to the the new booked hotel, that was already 11pm, I was so exhausted that night, and there’s no refund yet received from hostel, trip.com, please help me to clear this issue, and update me, tks

Sonny, the owner, was absolutely amazing! He keeps the place very clean, he's very attentive to anything needed, and he was such a great resource for learning how to get around. I can't say enough about how much he positively affected my stay in UB. The location is prime, lots of food and shopping nearby. 30 second walk to a bus stop. Will stay here again when I return and highly recommend.

Kind host, clean room, fast reply and clean room. Convenient with elevator in a modern building.

I stayed here for a month from the end of last year. This is my second time here... A great hostel.
