I decided to write, so that no one with children is going there, otherwise there will be complete disappointment, there will be nerves and plus so much money that is not worth it will be spent on it. Type Atlant-horror! Reservations and room: Made a reservation at Nabran in Atlanta, for 3 days, 2 nights. We paid the entire amount immediately upon arrival, but unfortunately the expectation and reality😩 0!!! After much suffering they gave us a room in the main building. And that's where it started. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor at the very end, no TV, no internet, the refrigerator (empty minibar) was difficult to connect. There is dirt, breakdowns everywhere, the same situation as the previous member of the group. As I understand it, in our areas the service is 0!, rooms 0!, condition 0! There is no kettle, there is no water in the room, they asked for a kettle, after much request and torment, finally the next day they gave one terrible kettle, the stench from it was so terrible that it was impossible to drink water from there. They took it and left it in the room. They asked for toilet paper for exactly 2 days to be left, finally on the day of our departure they brought toilet paper, although they had to check and fill it every day. The bed is not changed every day, only when leaving. Food and restaurants: Our horror did not end here, we went to eat and since we had small children with us and breakfast, lunch, and dinner were there for a fee, so as not to wait between these long breaks and in case the children got hungry, we decided to take a snack there (2 sausages and 2 pieces of bread) and that’s where it started, the administrator stops at the door, followed by some guy and they say that you can’t take anything from the restaurant. Those. You are forced to buy and feed your children in expensive restaurants on the hotel premises in case they get hungry. They write something like “buffet”, there is no sign of a buffet, they give everything themselves, the choice is not large and there is only one piece per person, it even becomes embarrassing to ask for more, so the scythes look at a person crookedly, as we say “peşman edirlər”. In general, after all this horror, we decided to go to the children's pool and continue there: the pool is terrible, everything that can be seen floats there, they decided, since there is no choice, to dress the children and let them go there. I started applying the cream to the children and while it was absorbed, let them play. And then the pool supervisor comes up and says that you can’t apply cream, since you can’t put it in the water at all. In general, here too there was complete chaos, the nerves went away, the children played a little and began to spend money in restaurants and at games. On the day of departure they say you can’t wait on the hotel premises, you rented out the room and leave. Even in restaurants on the hotel premises you cannot sit, eat, order, etc. It was very disgusting that they evicted us and our 2 kids onto the street.
