Need better pest control. In the room I stayed, I observed some german cockroaches (blatella germanica) that coming out from under the bed, in the bathroom, and around work table area, especially in the nighttime. Apparently I also found one tomcat just before check out earlier.

Parking is good, entering the lobby there is a welcome drink, you can check in before 14.00. Going up to the room everything is clean, hot water for bathing is great, there is a mini fridge, the TV is smart, there is netflix. There is a children's pool, unfortunately the water is very cold, the breakfast is great, many choices are good 🙌

As expected from a famous hotel chain, it is basically clean. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is varied. One thing that is disappointing is that the floor is carpeted so it smells a bit.

Very good recommended hotel in Makassar, the emperor hotel is easy to access, the location is good, one of the hotels that are good class is cheap but not cheap.

Rubbish hotel, although it is close to the sea, the rooms are not good, there are no windows, the lighting is not good, the network is not good, even the mobile phone signal is very poor

The best place to stay and enjoy in Makassar. The room was very nice, super clean and great window views. Hotel staffs was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast and nice and delicious. Definitely will come back again to stay here if had a chance to visit Makassar.
