I had booked this hotel in January 2025 when I had visited Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga in Ujjain. The staff was very rude and not at all helpful. The rooms were dirty. Lot of cockroaches everywhere in the room. Bath room was not clean. And for this they charged exorbitantly. Not at all worth the money. And above you, you will get all negative vibes the moment you enter the room. I had checked in at 11 AM and by 1.00 PM I had 2 ajaans "allahu akbar" loudly, because this hotel is very near to a mosque. But I was there to hear "Om Namah Shivay". So, I could not withstand all this negative vibes and checked out of the hotel at 1.30PM. If you are in Ujjain for Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga visit, please dont stay in this hotel.

Changed our room saying we are overbooked. The room where we shifted on the second day was filthy. Toilet had exhaust issue. No kitchen, not value for w Poor maintenance of the property, changed our room on the second day. Toilet has exhaust issues. Overall not a good experience. Not value for money

I had booked thru MMT seeing the reviews but the staff didn't supported. I was not even able to check in and stay. My money got wasted. We were friends travelling to religious place for darshan... and these people said they have rules unmarried people not allowed. This is ridiculous. They said they have rules mentioned. I am using MMT since years and no one reads rules in details. When i am visiting religious place for darshan who reads all such rules. This is not logical on such religious places. I have visited first time and i got late and i had to search new hotel so i can get ready and go for darshan. I dont appreciate such things. I want refund of my amount as a service gesture. This has to be refunded atleast 75% of the amount paid as a service gesture.
