I am writing to express my overall satisfaction with my recent stay at the hotel. The service was truly exceptional, and I appreciate the efforts of the staff especially Rahul Verma. Great service from Rahul Verma.However, I wanted to gently mention that the lighting in the room could be improved. Brighter lighting would enhance the overall experience for future guests. The lights in the room are less which makes the room darker,slippers should be provided in the room and there should be more options for buffet breakfast. Otherwise my experience was good and Gaurav at the reception was very helpful and cooperative.

Very good hotel in Ujjain for Mahakal visit. Breakfast, staff service, everything was pretty good. Rahul was extremely helpful and courteous and made our stay pleasant. Thankyou!

I have 6500 per night for this hotel. First experience when you enter the hotel staff at reception was very rude they totally make you feel unwelcome. Hotel floors have a strange and very bad smell. Towels were Dirty, Windows have a view of Pigeon S**T. Overall this hotel can be skipped. Nothing good about it.

My two-night stay at Hotel Abika Elite for Mahakal temple darshan was a terrible experience. The only positive: Its proximity to the Mahakal temple is convenient, especially for late-night travel to Bhasma Arati. However, the negatives far outweigh this. The hotel was unclean, with a particularly bad bathroom and restaurant. Staff made us feel unwelcome, as if we owed them something. The restaurant was appalling; we found algae in the breakfast juice container, and despite complaining, the same container was returned. This led to severe stomach problems for both of us that lasted 4-5 days. Given the lack of other dining options nearby, this was a major issue. I cannot recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Abika Elite, and I can’t recommend it enough! The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities were top-notch, catering to all my needs with ease. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes.A special shoutout to Mr. Abhishek, who handled my booking with exceptional professionalism and warmth. His pleasant communication and outstanding support made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Overall, my experience at Hotel Abika was fantastic, and I’d happily return on my next visit to Ujjain!

Fantastic stay! Great food and service. Stayed for four nights. Quite relaxing the staff is amazing!! Spacious room, clean bathroom. Qualifies a 3 star experience. Most of the temples are with 1-2 kms. I also included breakfast and enjoyed - paranthas, chole, poori, bhature, yoghurt, fruits

It was a very good experience at Hotel Abika, the cleaning was very good, the staff was also very good, they spoke nicely and helped in every matter Mahakal temple is also nearby from there, there is facility for pick up and drop from the airport
