"The room was spacious and comfortable, overlooking the Uji River, and very quiet and relaxing at night. The bathroom was well-designed and kept dry. However, I'd suggest having breakfast prepared early or in advance, as it's hard to find food around before 10:00 AM."

"Great location, short walk from Uni train station, in the middle of many attraction but not too busy. Staff very friendly but limited English ability. It does not hinder our enjoyment for the trip.
Cons: We asked for non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. The smell of smoke was lingering, but not too bad after we open the window.
Overall, great hotel and location. Would choose again."

"The room was very nice. Although the Japanese-style room is small, it is quite comfortable to sleep in.
The public bathroom is relatively complete, there is a single room for bathing, and the hygiene is good.
There is a lounge on the second floor where you can chat with other travelers and drink beer provided by the hotel.
The atmosphere of Jingbuki is there, but not very high.
There are washing machines and dryers available for free, but please pay attention to the time when using them.
The disadvantage is that it is far away from the Uji Landscape Center and requires a long walk."

"The owner is friendly and the facilities are ok. Private locker is paid and there is no TV instead. It's also an advantage to see the owner only when I first greeted and even check out is unmanned. Recommended during off-season. You can use a four-person room alone. The location is a bit out of the way because it is Uji, but it is not too far from Kyoto Station."

"如果你只想位置近平等院方便，不介意一個幾乎沒有提供設施的可以考慮。
1）天黑後那裏太黑，沒有聲控照明一下。
2）廚櫃甚麼也沒有，充其量有個爛碗和膠碟，兩個匙羹
3）有個微波爐和小電子水煲，沒有咖啡或茶，甚至杯
4）幾個床位共用一個電插座，所以床頭燈只是擺設，
用自己手機裏面的電筒照明罷
5）幾個床位共用一個電插座，無法為手機和充電寶充電，
故你可以去廚房玩尋寶遊戲，快人一步找到插座
6）廚房僅有張小桌和兩張椅子，一個雪櫃（冰箱）,
但是只消坐兩分鐘就自動熄燈，你要踏一踏步燈才又開"

"This cute Inn is located a good 12 minute walk from any station. However, you are walking through a beautiful residential area of Uji, We are local residents are living. No tourism here. Also restaurants within a few minutes. The room is bigger than most Japanese with a sofa. The bathroom is so cute and compact but perfectly usable and clean. Good water pressure and hot. I enjoyed the Sencha tea In the kitchen area. You re I a your own once you check in and Will be welcome to use the kitchen and dining areas. I would recommend us for a small family"
