Great hotel, rude breakfast lady
Hotel was great, check in was quick, the room was clean. We stayed there for 2 days. The first day i did not have breakfast. On the second day my husband went to the restaurant, then my kids went, then i went to join the kids. The lady that was replenishing the food was so rude. She told my kids and me that my husband already had breakfast, as in we're not allowed. Then i proceeded to get a croissant and she told me to only get one! I said that I wanted another one. She said something in Dutch and rolled her eyes. I felt like she was the police and i had committed a crime. So rude!
Other than that breakfast was lovely.

My wife and I have been coming to this hotel for 3 years and always look forward to staying at this friendly, cozy hotel, which is run by an accessible and very professional staff. The breakfast is second to none and the location is excellent. Highly recommended!

We thought this was near the airport , it’s not , it was a $58 cab ride in the middle of no where ! We got to the hotel the front desk girl was very nice, we carried our bags up the stairs to the room and the room was very hot and the windows didn’t open and there was no ac. So it was a sweat box , no way we could stay there ! Complained and they said they could not do anything for me the other rooms that we not in the sun were booked with the 2 beds that I needed, the front desk girl said she was pretty sure they would give me a refund but I have not seen one ! Amsterdam is way closer then this hotel with the misleading name !! Don’t stay here it’s not near anything.

So dirty
Family room, 4 beds but still smal, even we cannot open 3 cases on the floor, no table to use in a family room, that's why we try to make more spaces in the room, we try to put 3 beds together to make more sapces to open the cases, but terrible thing happened, we cannot image so dirty and had many rubbish under one of bed, cannot think about the others, we told the reception, but she answered no one on duty for cleaning, after we back to the room, the light on the ceiling not functioning also, in order to make my kids comfortable, we left and booked another hotel instead of these 2 nights stay. I will never forget how dirty.

The offer is pretty decent, though it seemed a bit pricey given the distance from Amsterdam. It is roomy, with large hallways and rooms. A recent decoration gives it a little boost but it remains basic. Bathrooom was practical but very dull, only a bar of soap is provided. The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment (no hot food, no fresh juice). On the up side : the beds are comfortable, it is auiet. The staff is amiable and ... there is free parking. The bus station is ( mns away, for a 1 hour ride to Amsterdam (line 347, prefer a one day ticket for 11.5 Euros per person, best option for even just a roundtrip, only for Connexxion buses though, does not cover Amsterdam inner city). I was happy that getting to it (versus goign straight to Amsterdam) took us through some beautiful lanes of very nice suburban houses, surrounded by canals, lovely flowered.
