I had circumstances where I couldn't travel there unfortunately hotel nor trip .com didn't help me with any partial refund or to communicate with hotel , there was nothing offered I lost all my money and I never stayed there!!

I've been to many accommodations, but this one was really nice because it was quiet and clean. I always imagine a good place, but I've been disappointed many times, but Genchan was the place.
