Dear Manager(s) , I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at ANEW Resorts Ingeli Forest Lodge. As a loyal guest who has been booking annually, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and overall experience this time. Firstly, the lack of working TV channels and WiFi—while noted in advance—was completely unacceptable. Reliable amenities are expected at a resort of your standard. Additionally, the restaurant service was appalling. With only seven guests present, no waiter came to take our orders. It took 20 minutes just to get ice, as one waiter had to relay the request to another. Eventually, I had to walk to reception to ask for a manager just to place an order. This level of service is unacceptable and certainly not what I have experienced in previous stays. I truly value my visits to your resort and do not wish to change my accommodation, but this experience was highly disappointing. I hope you address these issues urgently to maintain the high standards I have come to expect.
