The king standard room looked like a feature in "Wrong turn" and at 1800 that's audacious and quiet disrespectful to the the client.

The hotel night staff were superb and professional in handling our booking made directly at the hotel during our overnight stopover on our trip. The rooms were nice and cozy.

The cabins are extremely cold during the winter season, there were no heaters and there was no hot water in our cabin in the morning.

Dear Manager(s) , I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at ANEW Resorts Ingeli Forest Lodge. As a loyal guest who has been booking annually, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and overall experience this time. Firstly, the lack of working TV channels and WiFi—while noted in advance—was completely unacceptable. Reliable amenities are expected at a resort of your standard. Additionally, the restaurant service was appalling. With only seven guests present, no waiter came to take our orders. It took 20 minutes just to get ice, as one waiter had to relay the request to another. Eventually, I had to walk to reception to ask for a manager just to place an order. This level of service is unacceptable and certainly not what I have experienced in previous stays. I truly value my visits to your resort and do not wish to change my accommodation, but this experience was highly disappointing. I hope you address these issues urgently to maintain the high standards I have come to expect. I look forward to your response and assurance that this will be rectified.A gesture of good will with be highly appreciated to your loyal guest . Best regards, Sugan Govenbder

Very disappointing as standards are dropping. Rooms barely adequately equipped. Menu is limited with excessive prices however quality of food was excellent. Service levels for supper by disinterested staff was poor.After travelling km's to experience this level of services was exasperating. I wish there was an alternative venue.
