Отличный отель в центре города, чисто, удобно, но есть один важный момент, это шум с улицы, безмозглые уличные гонщики с орущей музыкой, резкие разгоны, мотоциклы. Очень жаль что местные власти и администрация не борется с этим явление, хотя установкой камер и лежачих полицейский на дороге. Спать ночью невозможно с открытым окном, постоянный шум. Окна были на улицу. Второй раз не приеду именно из-за шума с улицы. Поэтому вроде бы центральное положение даёт минус.

Удобное расположение, центр города. Номера простые но комфортные, чисто. Завтрак не брали но рядом много мест где можно и позавтракать и пообедать и поужинать.

Большой плюс-это расположение отеля в центре города, пешая доступность многих достопримечательностей. Номер чистый, постельное белое и полотенца тоже, каждый день-новая бутылка воды. Wi-fi работает отлично, потянул несколько видео-совещаний. Но цена не соответствует качеству. Номер категории стандарт, 3000 за ночь. Комната небольшая, очень душно. Розетки расположены очень странно, там где они нужны их нет. Смыв унитаза работает плохо. Завтрак -шведский стол. Плохим его не назову, но 500 отдельно доплаченных рублей он не стоит. И, самый главный недостаток-это очень громкая музыка из бара на 1 этаже здания в пятницу и субботу примерно до 1 ночи (из номера на 2 этаже даже с закрытым окном слышно очень сильно, спать невозможно. Я приехала в командировку и нормальный сон для меня очень важен). Ну и мелочи-одноразовые тапки прожили 1 день из 3, разорвались очень быстро.

Проживал 19.06-21.06 в номерах 215-225 Минусы: -под номерами на 2 этаже ресторан с музыкой до 00.00, без беруш не уснешь -в нечетных номерах на 2 этаже окна выходят на оживленную проезжую часть, после выключения музыки в ресторане начинаются гонки на улице -завтрак крайне скудный за 500 рублей - за эти деньги можно отлично отзавтракать в нескольких десятках соседних кафетериев -при заселении в номере не работали все лампочки, кроме ванной - в 225 номере протекал шланг душевой и плохо работал слив - субъективно старый номерной фонд с истертыми стенами и пятнами на ковролине, дизайн СССР -нет розетки у кровати -малая квадратура -пружинные матрасы старого образца -максимально дешевый рыльно-мыльный набор без зубной щетки и пасты Плюсы: -бюджетная цена -чистое и приятное постельное и полотенца -отличное расположение -приятные зоны общего пользования Вывод: можно жить, если ограничен бюджет. Нужно выбирать номера выше 2го этажа с окнами не на проезжую часть, проверять освещение при заселении, брать свое рыльно-мыльное и не брать завтрак
