Остановились с мужем в данной гостинице. Предварительно изучив, является ли отель дог френдли, взяли с собой нашего питомца. В правилах проживания было сказано о том, что за проживания животного нужно заплатить 700 руб. Также было указано, что завтрак в данном отеле можно купить за 600 руб с человека. Когда мы приехали отель, нам сказали, что за питомца нужно заплатить 700 руб, а также оставить депозит 5000 рублей. Мы, конечно, об этом не знали, так как в правилах не написано. И у нас не было наличных. Нам предложили оплатить с карты, дали обещание, что деньги вернут после выезда сразу на карту. Утром, когда мы сдали номер и с ним было все в порядке, нам начали возвращать деньги на карту, но деньги сказали зачислится только в течение трех дней. Об этом тоже никто не предупредил. Ну и денег так и не поступили на счёт. Что касаемо завтрака. Когда мы сказали, что хотим заплатить за завтрак, то нам сказали сумму 1200 рублей. Когда я сказала, что в правилах отелях указано 600 рублей, на что они ответили: это детский. Когда я им показала, что написано взрослый, они начали заикаться и сказали, ну заплатите в приложение тогда. В общем, персонал тухлое дно.
Номер, кстати, по размеру, как коробка от телевизора. Если вы с чемоданом, то точно там не развернетесь.

雙床房房間非常小，床很窄翻身都不敢，床墊太軟無法入睡，隔音效果很不好，設施略顯老舊，酒店工作人員熱情
