The location of the hotel is good. It's on the highway. The main udupi town is a little far. Around 20 min drive so it is convenient to stay here if u have your own vehicle. The rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. The in-house restaurant serves excellent food. It is very close to the mangrove kayaking point at saligramam as well(10 min drive.

I stayed for 2 days, first day stay was good, second cigarette smell and smoke is coming from centralised ac. I gave complaint but no one is responded. No one is feeling responsibility.

It was a nice stay for two days at the hotel fortune plaza. Hotel premises, rooms and restaurant are maintained clean. It is quiet place even though it is on a side of highway. The staff was cooperative. They also gave good advice on tour which was helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious with local cuisine.
