Nice, comfortable and clean hotel. Breakfast is generous and good. Only problem was with the shower. Shower door did not close properly so water leaked on the floor. Also, hot water took at least 15 minutes to get. Otherwise this hotel is a good choice, only a few minutes from Central Udon and food stalls.

We spent the holidays in the hotel and the service was great. Everything you could expect in a nice hotel but inexpensive. Breakfast has good options and the hotel is nearby shopping malls and restaurant.

The hotel room was very clean and all facilities were available.
The breakfast was excellent with lot of choices, western foods and Asian food.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I recommend to anyone.

Strongly recommended !
This hotel is definitely underrated !
Location near to bus station via a 5-min short cut walk.
Quiet, clean and good design room.
Friendly front desk staff and housekeeper.
Good buffet breakfast.

It was walking distance from the bus terminal and central plaza Udon thani.the place was a bit old but well maintained.will book again here

Best value for money hotel it has everything you need; wifi router in your room so internet signal is very strong, airport transfer and good breakfast.

Our 2nd visit to the Charoen, everything is good, the breakfast very impressive, the pool is excellent, very clean and deceptively roomy, we are also impressed with the cleaning of the rooms.

we arrived there 6:30 in the mornig, and they let us in. It was so helpful and much appreciated.
booked a private taxi to lotus lake, and everything went smooth.
