The hotel's pricing was more expensive or at least similar to higher-rated hotels.
A particular point of concern was the privacy of the balconies. Some balconies featured a connecting door that could be used by other guests.
The absence of an elevator, was a big factor for me too, having to walk up 3/4 flights of stairs was a put off, so don’t go if you have large luggage.

I have visited the Irish clock a few times over the times and always visited for a meal and this time was the best ,myself and the really enjoyed our meal. The pub area has been revamped and the seating area is rearranged and I think is a lot better. It’s a great place for a meal and a few drinks I haven’t stayed in their rooms for a long time so can’t comment on them.
