This hotel is perfectly situated from the train station and to the city centre. It’s clean and has a nice style. The rooms are comfortable and clean. But the highlight is the staff. Smiles and always willing to go that little bit further to help and assist. Also the English to Italian and vice versa was easily navigated with a few laughs. Easily the best and nicest staff of any hotel in 2 months of touring. While here, do not forget to go to the small village of Cividale . Delightful.

Perfect location. It takes only a few minutes to walk from the train station and many of the major sites can be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes. My room was very large, as was the bathroom. The towels are soft and thick. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. The breakfast is substantial. The staff are friendly.

Enjoyable 2 night stay! This is a charming hotel with helpful professional service. Location is a less than 10 minute stroll from the historic centre. Underground parking for a fee. Be sure to reserve a spot as the garage is not large. Our suite 604 was large and very comfortable. We found that the wifi would not retain its connection and we needed to login almost every time. Minor annoyance. When connected it was fast and smooth. Elevators are quirky and slow. Minor annoyance. Breakfast is served on a lovely outdoor terrace. Food is quite good. This hotel provides good value and accordingly caters to small tour groups. Recommended hotel in Udine.

Far above my expectations, I strongly recommend this hotel, super clean, perfect position, excellent staff and a superb breakfast on the nice terrace, super plus are the ladies at breakfast, so nice! If I'm in Udine I'll definitely go back!

Very good service, with a location ＜10 minutes stroll from the historic centre. Very good value so some tour groups do stay here, but they’re not a big issue. Comfortable rooms. Elevator is slow and quirky. Wi-Fi connection requires signing in almost each time, but when connected is fast and smooth. Breakfast buffet is adequate in a pleasant outdoor setting. Recommended.

It's not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are servicable and everything works perfectly fine. Staff is quite helpful in all respects. Breakfast is average, but the tour groups devour the spread like gannets. If you have to go to Udine, this might be as good a place as any, but don't get your expectations up. The neighborhood is safe and not too far from town, but not really very pleasant.
