Arrived at the store at 9 pm, but no one received it. It is said that the hotel actually has 4 rooms, and the door with a code lock is more like a homestay. I found a small assistant from Trip.com. After contacting, I said that the front desk was off work at 8:30, but I didn't inform in advance and didn't leave any notice. Wait until 9:30 to be called to inform the unlock password to enter the room. Good location and complete facilities. The room is spacious. The service is really bad. Ctrip's little assistant is good, contact at 3 o'clock in the night of Beijing time until the problem is solved.

The hotel is in a very good location near the center of Udine (15 minutes walk) and it offers free parking. Generally it has a good value for money. The room was very clean and ready for us to move in even before 2 pm. The room temperature was very good, although I would like to have the option to adjust the temperature myself. The noise isolation is not very good, though. We could hear almost every noise from the nearby rooms and also from the street traffic. The personnel is friendly and eager to help, we were also allowed to leave the car in the parking even after checking out. Breakfast was almost ok if you exclude the cold eggs and the limited variety.

Accoglienza un po' freddina della receptionist, oltretutto nonostante l'esplicita prenotazione su Booking del posto auto a pagamento questo non era stato riservato ma è stato meglio così perché vicino alla struttura vi sono parcheggi liberi dove non abbiamo mai avuto problemi per posteggiare l'auto. Abbiamo soggiornato nella dependance: camera datata ma pulita anche se rumorosa per via del traffico sottostante, non si può dire la stessa cosa dell'ingresso dove stagna un'odore persistente di muffa credo, e dove vi sono tendaggi che hanno visto tempi e lavaggi migliori. Buona colazione la mattina corredata da un bel buongiorno da parte dell'addetta, il che non guasta mai. In 10 minuti si arriva in centro a piedi e nelle vicinanze c'è anche la stazione ferroviaria.

I have been staying at the Prince Hotel for several years. I often come to Udine because part of my family lives here. Marco, Adalberto and Antonio Thank you very much for welcomed us with so much affection and friendliness. But a special thanks goes to the beautiful Concept, the ''REINA'' of the bar. Each morning he welcomes me with great smiles and cocktails me with her delicious coffee. I will miss our pleasant conversations made even more beautiful by her stunning accent Sicilian so warm and joyful that to me, I also from the South, makes me feel even more at my home. Thanks to everyone hope to see us again 8n future

This Hotel was 3 star not 4 star. I guess because of the swimming pool they have achieved this? The Restaurant was closed during August (disappointing) and it is in a more industrial area, luckily we had a car so could drive to a restaurant one of the evenings. Reception were really helpful. The bar is modern and drinks were great and reasonable. The bar menu is limited but was good. Breakfast was good with lots of choices although watermelon the only fresh fruit. The corridor outside our room was dark and very 1970’s looking. Room had all we needed but dated. Pool was fine, we had to take beds outside to the sun. Small space outside. All in all just ok, could be improved with an upgrade of the building!

The hotel is simple but comfortable. nice and very professional staff. You feel like at home. Very good experience 2 steps from Udine at absolutely honest prices. A greeting to the good director and the reception boys, especially to the gentle Richard , very gentle and super gentle.

Excellently requalified structure. Common areas kept indeed as well as outside areas. They have the possibility of events to take up to 150 guests within some of the structure's squads. The junior suites are worth 5 stars, a huge marble bathroom with double shower and a room with living room, private chamber and balcony.

I stayed here three nights during a recent vacation in Italy. While the hotel is a little far from the center, taxis were readily available, and made travel easy. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was especially good and reasonably priced. I don’t believe the hotel has a swimming pool or a fitness room which is a drawback, but it is well located near an excellent restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.
