I stayed at Ginger Hotel recently, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. My room was infested with mosquitoes, and despite multiple attempts to address the issue, nothing was done. I complained three separate times to Mr. Surender at the front desk, but each time, I was met with no solution. The mosquitoes kept buzzing around all night, preventing me from sleeping and making the stay extremely uncomfortable. It’s utterly unacceptable that a hotel of this supposed standard doesn’t take simple measures to control pests. Even more frustrating was the complete lack of response from Mr. Surender. I expected a resolution or at least an attempt to address the issue, but there was nothing. This lack of action, combined with the ongoing mosquito problem, completely ruined my stay. I will not be returning to this hotel unless there are significant improvements in customer service and pest control. The way this was handled is beyond disappointing.
