This was our first time in this area. We came mainly for skiing. The hotel is great, very modern, the rooms are great big, with wonderful views, great balcony I can't say enough. The best thing though, is the service 5 stars, from the reception, to the housekeeping staff ( who took the time to make a little house for my son's stuffed animal!), to the amazing spa professionals. I had a massage with Martina, who was very knowledgable amazing, and I ended with a facial from Barbara, I have facials constantly, I can say this was one of the beat facials I have ever had. I would recommend having any of their spa services. The restaurant staff and meals were amazing as well! We will definitely come back again! I recommend this hotel to anyone adults or with families! Thank you all for an amazing few days!

First of all: it was just excellent! For both sports and recreation a super address. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Free ski shuttle to the ski area and back. Wonderful wellness facility with everything your heart desires. Perfectly clean, beautifully designed and large rooms, great food. The stay was excellent. Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer super guten Küche. Genusswelt trifft den Nagel auf den Kopf. Einzig der Ideenreichtum betr. Menus bei Halbpension am Abend war während unserer Zeit nicht gerade zu rühmen. Grundsätzlich ist das Essen da aber sehr gut und nur schon der Geschmack macht hungrig. Schöne Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Sicht auf den Golfplatz. Mal eine andere Aussicht auf den Platz. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Die Saunalandschaft reicht aus, um sich nach einer Runde Golf zu entspannen, kann aber nicht mit einem Wellnesshotel verglichen werden wie auch die Gesichtsbehandlungen. War soso lala. Super gut war aber die Massage. Kann man wirklich empfehlen. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel an super Lage in dem aber doch ziemlich viele Kinder waren, als wir dort waren. Das erwartet man von einem Golfhotel eigentlich nicht.

Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Top Personal, alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Zimmer sind sehr gross, modern und sauber. Von einer hochwertigen Kaffeemaschine bis zum Schuhlöffel alles vorhanden. Ausserdem teilen sich die Gäste sehr gut auf, sodass man nie das Gefühl hat, das Hotel wäre überlaufen und es kann durchaus auch mal sein, dass man alleine im Wellnessbereich ist. Das Essen ist wirklich sensationell, erstklassige Menüs mit viel Abwechslung. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen immer top, mit super Servicepersonal. Der Golfplatz ist sehr gepflegt und auch die Golfstunden bei Alex waren sehr lehrreich. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war die Massage, bei welcher ich dem Masseur 4 Mal sagen musste, er soll den einen Fuss auslassen, da ich dort eine Verletzung habe. Auch sonst hatte ich definitiv schon um Einiges bessere Massagen. Über das kann man aber gut hinwegsehen, wenn man den restlichen Aufenthalt betrachtet. Insgesamt wirklich ein aussergewöhnlich gutes Hotel mit einem schwer zu übertreffenden Preisleistungsverhältnis, welches locker mit 5 Sterne Hotels mithalten, wenn nicht sogar übertreffen kann. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Hotel ist für mich die erste Wahl im Zillertal! Sehr freundliches Personal, wunderbar ausgestattete Zimmer mit super Blick auf den Golfplatz und ins Zillertal, ein prima Wellnessbereich mit Rooftop-Pool und mehreren Saunen und ein Restaurant, was exzellente Speisen serviert ließen den Aufenthalt mal wieder zum Erlebnis werden! Egal ob Wandern, Golf od. einfach nur Relaxen, hier ist man super aufgehoben. Auch für Gourmets ist dieses Hotel eine Anlaufstation! Super Frühstücksbüffet mit Erzeugnissen aus der Region und vitalen Drinks in der Selbstherstellung. Dazu eine Nachmittagsjause und ein Abendmenü aus der Genusswerkstatt! Fazit: Absolute Empfehlung und ich komme gern wieder!

Sehr schönes Hotel aber ich bin vor allem der größte Fan der Kosmetikabteilung. Komme min. 2 Mal pro Jahr extra aus Wien angereist, um mich von Babsi verwöhnen zu lassen... Ergebnis: 100% wohlfühlen und strahlen.. Nachahmung empfohlen

Dies war unser 2. Aufenthalt in der Sportresidenz und es gibt nichts, aber auch gar nichts auszusetzen! Tolles Zimmer, super Frühstück, Jause und Abendessen, nur freundliche und zuvorkommende Angestellte, ein Wahnsinnsgolfplatz in klasse Zustand und sogar eine kleine Überraschung zum Geburtstag meiner Frau! Auch der Pool ist immer einen Besuch wert, die Karibikmassage war sehr entspannend. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht!

Wir können dieses Hotel, wirklich weiter empfehlen, tolle Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und Abendessen, nachmittags gab es noch eine Jause. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sehr gut auch die Beauty-Welnessberreich, hatte eine Gesichtsbehandlung bei der Barbara, Sie bringt sehr viel Erfahrung mit, super Behandlung mit tollen Tipps und Produkten. Mit meiner Tochter war ich hier in den Herbstferien, mit meinem Partner über Silvester und der nächste Golfurlaub in der Penthaus-Suite ist schon gebucht... Eigentlich sollte ich hier nicht so viel Werbung machen, denn es wird immer schwieriger kurzfristig ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Kein Wunder: in entspannt-eleganter Atmosphäre fühlt man sich rundum wohl. Alle Zimmer sind groß, neu, bestens ausgestattet mit großer Terrasse. Das Restaurant Genuss-Werkstatt macht seinem Namen Ehre. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich. Und der Golfplatz muss ein Traum sein, das kann ich - bisher - noch nicht beurteilen, aber in Kürze werde ich auch einen Platzreifekurs machen, und dann werde ich mitreden können! Auf dem Dach gibt es einen schönen Aussenpool und auch ausreichend Sonnenterrassen, die ich dann im Sommer ausprobieren werde.
