Stayed for 3 days, lake view room Advantages: near the lake, with independent yard, relatively safe, you can see the lake view Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. The visitor didn't fix his breath, communicated 3 times, and changed the room. I was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, but the body odor in the second room was obvious. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate. Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon. The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside. Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt. Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK

Hello l am doctor and frequent traveller too ..this time at very short notice we decided to celebrate 7th birthday of my son so we contacted directly @ reception we had a talk with Navjyot he was so kind and helpful to give us best deal and made sure our son's birthday was celebrated very well All staff are very soft and helpful I highly recommend Aurika!! Impeccable, world class landscape. The hotel itself was transformed from an 18th-century palace with impeccable service and facilities. The hotel also has various activities such as yoga classes.

Good hotel with co operative staff and excellent food. Initially while checking the reviews I was a little worried and thought I had made a bad decision. But the overall experience of the resort be it room, cleanliness, ambience, staff behavior, room service, food, chef everything was wonderful. Located near to the court chowk this hotel is suitable for both tourists and business travelers. Average sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread is good. Staff is supportive and willing to help. Front desk needs to be more trained in order to handle ***y people at same time as check in and check out both become difficult at times.

Excellent stay with the family. A little rough and lengthy check in, noisy corridors with people shouting across the halls and balconies even late at night. BESIDES the above we had a fantastic stay. Very courteous and helpful staff and teams, great housekeeping, superb breakfast. Will definitely recommend and visit again.
