The hygiene standards of this hotel are extremely poor. The beds were dirty, and the room was not cleaned properly. This was one of the worst hotel experiences i've had through makemytrip. I strongly request you to avoid listing such hotels on your platform.

Even after telling them that we have a child and the weather is too cold the staff didint even care even after telling so many time to arrange something to close the window as the result me any my baby sleep in cold environment. So much disrespectful. We have wanted min 25 for breakfast each day and facilities of hotel required maintenance.

The room's cleanliness was below expectations. I noticed a broken tap in the bathroom, the bed sheet was not clean, and there was an unpleasant odor from the air freshener inside the ac. Additionally, the food served at the restaurant was not up to standard. I fell sick at after check in. Was not in condition to take images

Hotel was not worth the price, no amenities were there not even hand-wash in bathrooms until we told them to fill, no room cleaning, no tv for 2 days, shady rooms and bathrooms, no telephone service. Hotel was not 10% worth the price we paid. Never gonna book this hotel again

Location of the property was good, near to railway station next to bus stop. Staff of the property were average, but overall it was good but one suggestion is to make sure you wash the bedsheets, pillow and blanket every use.

Room service is very poor, bedding is torn and old, the quality of breakfast is not up to the mark. The comode is too dirty
overall experience is pathetic, it is not a family hotel
