Boheda Manor - Luxury Retreat

Excellent hotel. Stunning views of the mountain. The hotel staff were amazing with great service. The breakfast crew were very attentive and made breakfast to order. Highly recommend staying at the Boheda Manor. Will definitely come back with family and friends.

Udaipur is a very small town. This hotel is quite outside. Away from everything in Udaipur. Need a car to go anywhere. (Negotiate the charges in advance) The complimentary breakfast has very limited options. Even the Coffee is served on request. Only one (untrained) person is serving even if five tables are occupied. Do not depend on their food other than the breakfast. Had dinner twice and was completely disappointed. Bad quality rice was served. The hotel representative explained that only this rice is served everywhere in Udaipur, which is not true. Vegetable dishes seemed to be cooked by amatuers. The doors of all the rooms make a great noise. There was continuos disturbance at night till every guest came back and settled in the room.

Excellent place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful time with your family away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was a new property with large size rooms, with all the required amenities and cleanliness everywhere. Thanks to the manager, we got a room with view of the Aravali hills on the west and a slight view of Goverdhan Sagar lake on the east. Also, there is a cricket academy nearby which can keep you engaged, if you prefer to relax at hotel. The staff was courteous and well mannered. Since we were the only guest through most of our stay of 6 nights, there was never a delay in whatever we asked for. Special mention to the managers (Shrawan ji and Tulsi Ram ji) for being so helpful all the time. Even when we checked out and reached airport, we thought we had left an important document back. Shrawan ji got the bins inspected for us. This was service next level for me. Tulsi Ram ji, on the other hand, was always kind enough to ask us for our breakfast preference for next day. I understand things would be different had we visited during peak tourist season, but I can only write about what I got when I was there. We even got to meet the owner of the property who was another thorough gentleman (I apologize I forgot your name sir). And it makes you understand the reason how the staff is so cooperative. We were traveling with a 1 year old kid and did not face any challenge. If I really had to pick any concern, it was just that the property was around a kilometer away from the main road and it gets quite (and I mean scarily quite) at night that you won't even like to take a walk outside after dinner. Also, getting public transport or a taxi/auto is a slight challenge, though not much. The manager was honest to inform us about it at the time of the booking only. Moreover, since Udaipur is a small city you won't pay much on your rides. But if you have your own vehicle or have hired one, then no issue. The only other feedback we shared while leaving is to expand their breakfast menu which currently has very limited options and should include English breakfast options as well as many foreign tourists also visit them. Suggestion to guests: Udaipur has many restaurants. Relish the local cuisine and take your lunch and dinner outside. Opt for 'Breakfast Only' package at the hotel. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended. We are happy that our decision went right and the above review will help others in taking the right call.

Very confortable room, well conditioned AA and ceiling fan. Very helpful restaurante service, outside with a wonderful weather in the evening. Wonderful swimming pool with wáter at perfect temperatura. I'd really reccommend to stay here if you are around

The rooms are so spacious, bright, airy and clean with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The food is exquisite and the services are amazing. Personal thanks to Mr. Tulsi and Mr. Prakash for making our stay so delightful. Must visit place.

Awesome place, We spent 7 days at Boheda Manor in first week of December, initially it was a 3 day plan but looking at property, comfort and service and the location made us extend our vacation in that property. The property is situated at a very nice location, with a view of the hills and a nearby forest. The host Tulsi ji and the staff are very supportive. We would feel at home at the stay. It is a nicely designed and built properly with a nice classical age vibe. The location was perfect for us keeping in mind Udaipur, though not in the city-centre but given that we had our own vehicle all sightseeing and was hardly 10-15mins away.
