Beautiful and peaceful hotel, with cooperative staff. Nice and clean room with proper room service. Above everything it's located in city with wonderful view of city palace.

The stay was nice the property is beautiful but service is zero there was no one to take my luggage to my room they were like first floor pe hi h mam ladka aa rha h but vo ladka aaya hi nhi 20 min tk and later i stayed there for 3 days however they give complimentary bottled bottle but they have given me only one for the first day and later not given

Missing details, lame service. Delay in providing room. Unattentive receptionist. Only promptness was during check out. Electricity was intermittently down most of the time. Natural light issue. Only window was getting opened to common passage area. Room had damp walls not painted. And seevice was pathetic service. Attitude is. U booked room and nothing else will b served. Swimming pool was with dirty water. Not recommended

The property is situated near the city palace and all major tourist attractions at an affordable price
the rooms are big and clean as well, i'll recommend this to groups as well as couples

The hotel location is good. City palace and lake pichola nearby. Market also nearby. Staff also ooperative. Mr anubhav is a nice person and he arranged early chekin without extra cost. Thanks to him for his support. Only negative

hot water cattle was missing initially. However it was provided when we asked.

Hotel is clean but the service is very poor… food is average …. Tea was so bad … they charge you for omelette in breakfast!
