This place is amazing, Gorgeous rooms and Architecture all over around, You feel completely surrounded by nature and beauty. But what makes this place very unique the hospitality and the kindness of all the people that are working here! Everyone has big smile and a gorgeous attitude, And they make all your dreams come true! I want to thanks In particular our floor butler Shishak, A very nice person that was always available and ready to fulfill our every request! An amazing soul that makes our stay very special! Also we want to thanks our FeB assistant Amyt, very nice and kind person too!!! Lovely lovely stay

Thanks leela for providing us a remarkable stay experience and making our parent’s anniversary occasion more special for us. Special mentions include harshvardhan our helper with everything regarding the property, krishna tomar & rishita from the dining room restaurant providing excellent service. Abhay ji from the gymnasium of leela udaipur who gave good personal training session of arms and gave the needed pump to muscles which i needed infact learnt some new techniques to boost biceps which was great.. every good hotels should have a personal trainer at their gyms to provide a good workout to their guests staying at their hotel all in all it was lovely experience and going to repeat it soon

It's been years I've been exploring some of the finest hotels and restaurants for vacations. One of my favorites was Leela Udaipur! The food there was amazing, thanks to Head Chef Deepak for taking such good care of me. A special mention to the lovely lady Sangeta who served me, and I had a great conversation with Mr. Bose, the F&B manager. I'm truly grateful to the team for their incredible hospitality!

Well located close to key sights with good service and a great pool and gym. Divyansh in the gym was amazing. I had an injured back and Divyansh helped me with advice, exercises and stretches for which I was immensely grateful. Highly recommend him for PT or sport stretches / massages. Can’t thank him enough. Anil was our driver for the day and went the extra mile to assist us and looked after us so well. On the negative, breakfast was a nightmare since it was so crowded, our order was wrong multiple times and no space to sit except directly in the sun. Our room was a little dated (card reader fell off the wall and coffee machine was broken and there was some sort of construction banging above our room every morning for hours…) Other than that a nice stay and the staff were lovely.

Leela Palace Udaipur had a lovely atmosphere and the staff was motivated to help. We were absolutely mesmerised by the welcome they offered. Afifa ibnat Mehak ( The front office ) was pretty swift with her services and was very precise with all the information, in no time we were checked in. Krishan Sharma - The front office surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife. Very special. The food was excellent and the Great Heritage Lake view room was simply breathtaking and revitalizing. We will be back soon!

I was at the Leela Palace to celebrate a special occasion. Right from reservation to the exit, the entire Palace team ensured that we experience a luxurious & a lifelong happy memory. We had a lake view room with balcony and it was an interconnecting room for my children. Both the rooms provided a huge space and it felt like an upgraded version of my home. Special mention goes to Aswarya from Reservation to help us introduce to the hotel. Afifa excels in her courteous behavior. Her check in process was a refreshing delight, right after a hectic overnight journey. Chef Rupak was God sent. Each of the 3 nights, he put in seamless effort to prepare delectable dishes as per our request. Anu and Prabhakar ensured that our rooms added on to the experience. The lake view balcony room was perfect for the special occasion we were there to celebrate. Crisp, clean and fresh fragrant welcomed us each time we opened the door. Amit Basu/Rajdeep/Anil ensured we had the best experience in The Dining Room. Infact, all the staffs here will always make you feel as if they have been friends with you for ages. My children were pampered to the hilt with fresh made food. The expansive breakfast spread is much appreciated. And last but not the least, my review is incomplete if I do not mention Krishan Sharma. He was our go to person during the entire stay. He paid special attention to prepare a well curated itinerary, provided guidance for the perfect city tour, prepare shopping guidance for us ladies and celebrate my day in a very special way. He surprised me with a sunset cake cutting ceremony at the oh-so-perfect location next to the Lake Pichola. He took extra efforts to get our photos printed and make them into greeting cards to convert them into our memories. My family and I will always remember his smiling face. A special thank you to Nishant Agarwal, GM, Leela Palace. You have a perfect competent team who ensures that your guests are in good hands. You all made me feel like a Queen, pampered and cared for. It was not a stay, it was just an opulent experience.
