World class service, more than that very personalized
In fact, we had some sickness in the family and the hotel was very "homely", took care of the kids like their own
Facilities were really good
Food was wholesome, when we ordered a dish, several snacks, salad etc were offered in addition to the entree
I would recommend this "palace" to anyone wanting to have an experience of feeling like royalty or family

We have been coming for 10 years and it just gets better and better. Rohit looked after us so well - he is a complete star. Kolukho was amazing too. We can all learn from his calmness and attention to detail. Very impressive. Chef Siva made a special last dinner for us after 8 days and it was so good we had it again for lunch before we left! His skills are outstanding. His character too is kind and helpful. All the staff here are amazing - so kind and helpful. This is why we keep coming back. We used the Audi Q7s many times and the drivers were brilliant. This hotel truly is one of the best in the world. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you Udaivilas and Oberoi Group - outstanding!

We stayed at Oberoi Udaivilas for 1 day to celebrate our anniversary and it was one of the best stay. The hospitality is top notch. Staff did special arrangements on our anniversary and special thanks to every staff who left no stones unturned to make our stay memorable.

Beyond my expectations from start to finish. A delightful tour of the grounds with Vaani was an excellent start to the visit, stunning views everywhere I looked, dining lakeside for a birthday with traditional flute music was ann excellent and to the first evening. I walk around the grounds provided a last dose of much needed relaxation before I head back to the states. I only wish I had more time to indulge in some of the spa experiences that my friends raved about. Thank you so much! PS, i forced Vaani to pose with me in silly photos! She was very professional throughout the tour!

Ayesha was an exceptional server. Grounds are spectacular. Service is over the top. Great food. Lovely gardens. Entertainment in the evening on outdoor patio restaurant. The rooms with private pool would be my choice next time. Worth the trip.

Every detail was meticulously taken care of. Housekeeping were so thorough with the cleanliness of the rooms and the beautiful petals and thoughtful touches - even my glasses were cared for with a new case. My empty toothpaste was replaced - another thoughtful and caring touch. The front of house team were diligent with every request. Nothing was too much trouble - currency exchange, boat transfer to the old town, ginger and honey tea and such a warm welcome and kind farewell. The dinner was a delight - a great and varied menu. We loved our stay in this sensational hotel.

Udaipur is a great asset for Indian tourists. The city with its lakes, the royal palace, the temples and the surrounding mountains is a real feast for the eyes. The houses in the city and the streets are of good standard and clean. We are staying in the wonderful Oberoi Hotel where the hotel facilities, the rooms and the attentive service more than exceeded our expectations.
