Great value for money. Very cordial and kind service, we were very well received, staff available to help us at all times, really well trained. Super good sized room. Very beautiful and well maintained hotel.

Lovely hotel. Food was good. Gardens were fab. Loved the resident peacocks. Only issue was the bed was too hard for my liking. Hotel was clean and service was good.

The restaurant serves very good food, from buffet to a la carte, especially when the other high end restaurants in the area are fully booked.

Just an outstanding place - in terms of cleanliness, hospitality, location on the banks of Lake Pichola, the facilities for guests including the kids club which was a big hit with my kids who are not that little (11 and 13). The property is stunning- beautiful grounds with tons of walkways, beautiful spots to see the sunset. So quiet and the staff is so kind and professional. One of my most favorite places ever. Worth every penny.

Nice getaway with a beautiful garden, enthusiastic staff organising activities in kids club, very nice employees at restaurant. Would definitely recommend that Trident.
