The service at this hotel was very good. We were not happy with our rooms but they went out of their way to accommodate us. The groups and setting within the palace are beautiful and the food at breakfast was fresh. They were happy to make anything on request. We didn't use the pool facilities but it looked welcoming.

The experience is regal of living in a palace. The place seems to have waning relevance in the big picture of current times. But the service staff here is next level and makes you feel royal with all your de***ds met with a smile and in an instant. Food was awesome at Paantya and special mention of Kuldeep Rathore and Lalu Ram is in order for the brilliant personalised breakfast service we had at Paantya. All in all, wonderful overall.

The best palace experience ever! Good food and great hospitality- special thanks to kuldeep rathor, laluram, bhajen basak n pratap Singh! Memorable stay! Museum within campus and boat ride to jag***dir was awesome too. Lovely place. Highly recommended...

Beautiful ambience, delicious food and impeccable service are perfect ingredients for a fun filled family evening. Especially Ram Singh and Nirbhay Singh in the restaurant are very courteous and perfect hosts. Definitely recommend this place to all.

i visit citi palace and my hunger setisfi with palkikhana . mr. sandipan and sukhpreet recive us very politly , food higine test and picefull a**ospher , view is awsom must visit udaipur palkikhana , city palace . aam panna and margrita is awsome.

Very nice experience in udaipur city palace. The palace was good after visit we had some snacks in palkikhana restaurant we order sandwich and cafe mocca it was really good and delicious chandragupta singh served nicely and there suggestion in menu is good Highly recommend... Visit again next time...,,🙂

Each and every element gives you feel of Royalty 🫅 Specious Room with beautiful Lake view balcony, privet porch , large bathroom with zakusi bathtub. Food was delicious and service was fast and best Spl thanks to Phinda, Lalu Raam, Chandra 🙏 for polite and sweet behaviour with our kid.

Our favorite restaurant on this trip, the salon is gorgeous, and the service outstanding, the menu has everything you could possibly dream of when looking for the perfect breakfast Phinda and Lalu are so professional, the food just perfect. Come here for a royal experience

We visit city palace museum after that we had lunch in palkikhana restaurant we had great experience in restaurant we order a pizza and some moctail like mojito and pink city the taste of drinks is nice. Chandragupta and bhupendra singh assit very well and friendly
